“Bakhter Auto is the place to go for all your body work needs. I’ve been here many times and they always take good care of me. I had a front end collision, and they did amazing work to fix it. If you need any work done on your car, then check them out!”
“Love love love! Tracy and all of his staff are amazing! Took them my wrecked tow truck insurance actually fixed it (we all thought it was totalled) got it back and it looks amazing! You would never know it had an accident. He fixed it quicker then even the insurance company predicted and they kept me informed the whole time. Even though they are 2 hours away from me I will not hesitate to use them again! They are beyond amazing! Thank you Tracy!”
“Really good experience. Negotiated everything over the phone including my trade in. They kept their promise to the penny, no bs, no changing trade in value or upselling. Highly recommend them.”
“One of the best shops you can possibly visit. Both of the brothers are very nice genuine people. They really value the customers and make sure that they can do what they can to get the job done. They do one of the best works I've seen here in the Bay Area. Very professional and the cars come out just like the dealership. Definitely recommend this place if your looking for quality work for the right price.”
“I just want to thank you BJP for the wonderful service you've done for my vehicles ,I am so satisfied . Your services have exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend going with this shop for any auto body/repair concerns. If I could you give a ten stars I would”
“Jesse was very HELPFUL and COMMUNICATIVE with the status and gave constant UPDATES. When the car part did not arrive in time from the company, he switched gears and LOCATED another used part that would fit and come in sooner.
They work very well in communicating with my insurance GEICO and it was a very smooth process in handing over my keys to when I got it back. It did take a couple of weeks, (luckily I had car rental insurance) but I know they did what they could and I'm glad they found a faster solution.
After fixing my door to PERFECT condition, I mentioned that I have a different car part that eventually needs to replace. Jesse didn't rush but TOOK THE TIME to help me LOCATE a car part that was missing and went out of is way to make calls and update me.
He made reccomendations to help me find a CHEAPER alternative! I really appreciated the TRANSPARENCY in pricing and helpfulness.
When I got into my car, I realized they CLEANED the INTERIOR. The floor was dirt-free and dashboard dust-free. It hadn't had it cleaned in years, so that was a nice touch!
THANK YOU to Jesse and the folks at the ACC Auto Collision Center for RESTORING my vehicle at a stressful time and giving helpful advice for the future. All the best!”
“Went there to return items purchased from autozone online. Although the store manager seemed unhappy, he accepted my return. Picked up a new pair of best rotors I can find there , but one of them has a long scratch on the service during inspection at the store. The store owner said it should be ok and mechanics would accept it. Well, that is why I don’t let mechanic do the(sloppy) work. I returned it immediately at the store. Overall the store treated customer ok. It’s just the quality of Duralast (gold) rotor is worrying.”
“I brought in my 1965 Rambler American 440 convertible for what I thought would be just an average restoration paint job. It became a conquers quality paint job. Exceptional work, tremendous work ethic and most of all excellent customer service. Andre is a master of detail. Highly recomend.”
“Recently, our new car got scratched and I reached out to Eddie for suggestions on what I should do as it wasn't a major issue. He was very helpful and suggested I bring it in that following morning so that he could access the damage. What ended up happening is he repaired the scratches for me complementary! We've used his services when our cars needed major work. He has taken excellent care of our vehicles as well as many of our customers. I highly recommend he and his team.”
“My wife and I spent an afternoon with the salespeople at Winn Kia and had an excellent experience with the entire team. The team was pleasant to work with, and accommodating to our specific needs. We had a sense they were honest, fair, and concerned for our well being. I felt a bit guilty because my wife pushed a hard bargain. We had been to four other dealerships before coming to this one and felt completely satisfied buying a car here.
It was easy to schedule an appointment. When we arrived, Thomas took an inventory of our interests: compact hybrid suv, leaning new, but open to used, depending on the value; needed safety features, such as blind spot and cross traffic warnings; and would be nice to have parking sensors but expect the highest trim to be out of our range; preferably white. We wondered whether white was worth the $400 premium, and he let us see several new blue Sportage vehicles. He explained KIA used different shades of colors for each model of car they sold. He narrowed down our search to a new 2025 Sportage EX and a certified pre-owned 2022 Sportage EX with under 15,000 miles. He patiently walked us through the car menus and buttons and he showed us the features and differences of each car. He gave us ample time to ask questions, in particular showing us the nuances of the back seats, rear view camera, and power tailgate. We were a bit nervous to drive the new cars, so he let us be passengers on a test drive.
I asked whether all KIA used cars sold by dealerships were certified and he said it was something new this dealership started the past few months. I thought that it was a great service, because having the balance of a 10 year/100,000 mile drive train warranty certainly brought me peace of mind shopping for a used car. I asked why the miles were so low and he explained the car was coming off a lease, and the previous owner worked from home during the pandemic, and traded in for a new car.
After we were shown the customary wrap around service and maintenance contracts, my wife asked the salesman, "what would you recommend for your wife"? He said the two contracts worked well together, but he admitted he might pass on the costly service contract. He did explain what kind of discount packages he could work out for us and what might be harder. With the certified preowned drive train warranty covering the most expensive repairs, we initially opted out of the service contract.
Tony helped us to finalize the details of the sale. First, he arranged the paperwork so my wife could quickly sign and leave to pick up our son from school. He helped to clarify details such as exact purchase dates and warranty expiration dates. Seeing how soon our 5 year service warranty would expire, he helped us to arrange a wrap around service contract that made sense. He was patient as we called the bank to arrange payment and he eventually gave me a drive to the bank to make a cashier's check. He then introduced me to the service team and invited me to call with any questions I had. So overall great service and caring to ensure our needs were met.
Compare to Dealer B, who insists "the 2025 Sportage is the best selling car in our inventory, it is nearly impossible to find, and we are asking $6000 more than MSRP, and we will not bother to show you features or let you test drive, and we don't want to let you to leave until we have a deal." As if customers have no internet and are helpless in the "capitol of silicon valley"
Edit: driving around, I noticed the miles per gallon efficiency was lower than I expected for a hybrid. It dawned on me that we bought a 2022 Sportage, while the hybrid version was released in 2023. So we got a gas car, when we thought we bought a hybrid. Instead of getting a great deal, I would say we got a fair deal. I will attribute this mistake to my inexperience (should have asked for the original Monroney window sticker) and my shopping fatigue. I would ”
“Reliable and amazing job done by Carlos. Great value as well. He spent time to explain the best way to fix my audi Q5 and his price is more affordable than others. 10-20 % cheaper but same or better quality! I love how he took care of my audi. Thank you!”
“Staff member go out of their way to help you! I had to replace spark plugs on my vehicle. They helped me find all the tools I need and even guided me on how to do it! Thank you!”
“The trunk spring of my car broke and fell on my head when I am reaching for items in the trunk.Based on recommendations from a Fremont Chinese Facebook group, I brought the car to Kin.I arrive at the shop around 5PM and he started working on it right away. Kin was very frank with me that he may not be able to fix it but he will try and if he cannot fix it, he will not charge me, something I have never heard of in this day. When I arrived at the shop it was one hour before his closing time and after working on it for about an hour, he asked me to leave the car, go home and he will spend more time on it tonight. An hour later, he called and let me know it is fixed. We live nearby so very happy to come back and pick up the car. There is no high tech tool that can be used for this. He had to rip most of the stuffs out of the trunk in order to fix it. Mostly elbo greese. When I arrived at the shop, I can tell he was very sweaty from working on the spring. For a small job like that, he spent over two hours on it and charged me a very reasonable prices. I am very lucky to have met Kin. He is a honest and hard working man. I will definately return for more business.”
“They had my Saab battery in stock and honored the prorated warranty on my previous Napa battery. Alex was great and pulled out the old battery and installed the new one.”
“As a truck driver I can say they get us unloaded fast BUT they have no overnight parking, you can park down the street at your own risk. They really should make room for overnight delivery on their own lot and provide a (((clean))) with soap and water portable toilet facility.Safe area so far...”
“I went there and had my front bumper scraped up. Carlos polished it and fixed my bumper for waaaayyy cheaper than I expected. HE DID IT FOR FREE. This shop is the most honest place you will ever do business in.”

“After a bad bait-and-switch experience at another dealer, and another close call likely avoided at a second, I had an excellent experience purchasing a used car from Richard Ton at Fremont Mazda. I guess it's rare these days, but I simply wanted to buy a car for the advertised price, with no dealer-added extras of dubious value. We communicated through email at first, and once we arrived at the final out-the-door price, I made the trip up to Fremont to see and buy the car. Richard shepherded the paperwork along and it all went very smoothly. Even when there was a slight issue (a missing 2nd fob), he took care of it and got it through the Service department the same day, saving me another long drive. I highly recommend Richard's and Fremont Mazda's honest approach that treats buyers with respect and not like potential marks.”
“Omar, was wonderful, he did such a great job with updating me on every step of my vehicle repair. Him and his staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. This is definitely an upscale autobody shop, and feels like they are always honest the entire process. After the repairs, they also did a great job washing the exterior and interior of my vehicle, it honestly feels like I’m taking a new car off the lot.”
