Omar, was wonderful, he did such a great job with updating me on every step of my vehicle repair. Him and his staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. This is definitely an upscale autobody shop, and feels like they are always honest the entire process. After the repairs, they also did a great job washing the exterior and interior of my vehicle, it honestly feels like I’m taking a new car off the lot.

Omar was my point of contact at this shop. I heard about this shop from a friend and since i had gotten into an accident, i decided to check their reviews. they were all good and seemed reliable so i figured why not take the chance. taking that chance was probably one of the best ideas i’ve done. from start to finish, everything has been so easy. even with checking in and following up, they’re easy to get ahold of and tell you the truth. they even came to my house and towed my car to the shop. little did my insurance know, i knew they were trying to push for aftermarket car parts on my brand new car that doesn’t even have 5k miles on it but the shop fought and won to put OEM products and made sure i got the best of everything. car was finished just when they said it would be and made picking up my vehicle quick and easy!! shoutout to the amazing crew they have and for taking care of my car!

I had an accident over a month ago and took my car to Ariana Body Shop. They quickly provided a diagnostic and estimate for my insurance, answering all questions promptly. Bill was particularly helpful, always friendly, and communicated effectively, making the process smooth.
Although my car was ultimately deemed a total loss, their assistance in reporting this to the insurance was invaluable. Bill kept me informed throughout and helped navigate the insurance process seamlessly. I highly recommend Ariana Body Shop for their excellent service and dedicated team.
