“Had fury 4 clawed visitors in kitchen and backyard recently. Came here to get some snacks for them to chew on. Associates here were helpful. The self check out had associates ringing up sales. Didn't know that one can't tap pay terminal. It's either slide or insert card into slot. Pricing of the mouse snack (8.95) is standard thruout the industry as it's essential a duopoly between 2 big nationwide chain stores. The product was working as soon i placed it against a door corner. Didn't need to open package. Just bringing in jnto the house deterred the fury critters from visiting again. Coincidentally a female cat who "claims" our house is hers by defecating all over same was standing at our backdoor sliding door. No doubt she wants credit for our visitors vanishing. I know an opportunistic cat when i see 1.”

“We got a new range and vent hood from Appliance leader , servoce was exceptional , timely and team is very knowledgeable.Since it was a swap with a previous 18 year old range , I was a bit skeptical about how intense the work would be .Shawn was amazing he guided us through the whole process and in a day I have a new range and vent .Highly recommend!!!”

“I have been using R & B Wholesale for several years now. We order several products for our rentals, and have always had a great experience. I am always able to get a hold of someone when I call, and get the items I am needing right away. Delivery and haul off is usually done within a day or two of the order. “I had a great DIY experience here. Brian was very helpful helping me diagnose my oven problem and suggesting a solution. He sent off the control panel for a rebuild and gaver me tips on installing it. All went great and my oven is upa nd running again. Excellent customer service and happy to have found this shop.”

“I recently visited the Walmart store in Union City and had a positive experience overall. The store is conveniently located and offers a wide variety of products, ranging from groceries to household essentials and electronics.
One thing that stood out to me was the cleanliness and organization of the store. Despite its size, everything seemed well-maintained and easy to navigate. The aisles were clearly marked, making it simple to find what I was looking for.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the checkout counters where the lines moved quickly. I appreciated the efficient service and the overall pleasant atmosphere of the store.
However, one area that could be improved is the availability of certain items. While most products were well-stocked, there were a few instances where I couldn't find exactly what I needed.
Overall, my experience at the Walmart in Union City was positive. It's a convenient option for shopping, with a good selection of products and excellent customer service.”
“Saw their ad for a used fridge on Craigslist. Julio texted me more pics and I bought it sight unseen. It was delivered the next morning in great condition and he took away our old fridge. I'm very happy with the purchase. So far so good”
“I want to give a shout out to an employee either from the indoor garden dept. Or the lumber dept. His name is Brent. Yesterday I went to buy my dad garden gloves. The employee in the outside garden area told me they were in the inside garden dept. All I could find there was a small display of only one type but not the ones I wanted. I found a young Gentleman in the area named Brent. I asked him if there were any different ones. He stopped what he was doing and took me to an entirely different area, near the tool isle I think. He showed me where they had a variety of gloves and explained to me that there are different uses for different types of gloves. He pointed out the ones that said for general uses. Those were the ones I went there for. I never would have found them had I not asked him. The fact that he stopped what he was doing to walk me over to them rather than just telling me what isle they were on, showed me : example of how customer service is supposed to be. It's hard to come by that anymore. So thank you very much Brent from the indoor garden dept. Or lumber dept? I'm sorry I forgot which one it was. I left a happy customer!!”
“The assistant manager, Lalo, provided us with excellent customer service early this morning at 7 AM. We needed a plastic window insert cut and he cut it for us. He took his time and cut it to perfection! He did not charge us a fee. It is a fact that if you find the right person at Home Depot you can even get the most difficult job done! Thank you Lalo! We will definitely return to your store location in Hayward on Hesperian Blvd.”
“All the counter personnel are very helpful and greet you with a smile. I shop there often and it's nice when you're recognized when you walk in the door. This store has a large showroom with a good variety of HVAC parts, accessories and tools.”

“My wife and I have undertaken the daunting job of upgrading our home.The first thing on the list was our kitchen appliance suite.We shopped many stores and purveyors of appliances... and I mean MANY.Our first replacement was the refrigerator. We found that this HD store and its service, personnel and subcontractors, stands apart.As indicated, we shopped refrigerators and ended up back at this HD store. Our decision was a result of selection, the sales personnel and after sales service.We purchased the refrigerator and it was installed. We were totally pleased.We then, a month later, shopped for a dishwasher. Once again, shopped around. Ended up back at this store. Again, totally satisfied.Stove/oven, same process. Done.Clothes washer, busticated. Same process, ended up at this store..... more to come... Later.”

God bless him, the store is good at keeping items in stock and the other employees always seem happy as well. Hopefully this review pays off and others visit thanks to how Bob helped me.
