I recently had a truly unpleasant experience at Lifestyle Furniture and Mattress), and I feel compelled to share my honest review. My visit to this store left me deeply disappointed on multiple fronts.Rude and Aggressive Salesperson: From the moment I walked in, the salesperson's behavior was nothing short of appalling. They were rude, dismissive, and aggressive in their approach. Instead of providing helpful information or answering my questions, they seemed more interested in making a quick sale.Failure to Honor Online Prices: One of the reasons I chose to visit Store was the competitive prices I found online. To my dismay, the store refused to honor these prices, even though I had evidence of the online listings. This bait-and-switch tactic left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I do not understand why would they not honor their online prices i.e. price match it.Lack of Transparency: When I tried to discuss the price disparity with the salesperson, they were uncooperative and evasive. The lack of transparency in their pricing and their unwillingness to resolve the issue was extremely frustrating.No Option to Walk Out: Once I reluctantly decided to purchase a piece of furniture due to time constraints and the urgency of my needs, I was shocked to learn that there was no way to cancel the transaction or leave the store after making a purchase. This felt like a blatant disregard for customer rights and consumer protection.Sub-Standard Furniture Quality: To make matters worse, the furniture I purchased turned out to be of sub-standard quality. It began showing signs of wear and tear within a short period, despite assurances of durability from the salesperson.Overall, my experience at the store was extremely disappointing. The rude and aggressive sales tactics, the failure to honor online prices, the lack of transparency, and the inability to walk out once a purchase was made all contributed to a deeply unsatisfactory visit. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering a visit to this store and to thoroughly research their purchases elsewhere to ensure quality and fair pricing and once you have purchased anything there is o way to backout for whatever reason.

Make sure you don't get the extended warranty for stains or marks on the couch. When they say they will clean it, they mean they'll mail you a solution and you will clean it. So disappointed. We've emailed three separate times culminating in them mailing a cleaning solution to us. Which I guess is worth $200? So silly and such a scam.

Worst place to shop, they are thieves.Employee named Chris convinced my wife to place a deposit on a item, she walked out of the store and walked right back in and said she changed her mind. He charged her a restock fee of 30% of the listed product price, which came out to $250 dollars.We all work hard and should not be taken advantage of like this, it makes sense to have a restock fee, but not for 10mins, especially when they did nothing towards the order.This place is a scammmm please be careful. They convince you to place a deposit and then charge you a restock fee (on the items price) even if it’s 2 mins after.This store is abusing the restock fee rule and should be shut down. Horrible customer service and dishonest people.

These guys are scammers avoid this store at all cost. They will lie straight in your face they have no shame. They sent us old sofa when we paid for new ones. Please report them to the department of consumer affairs Hot Line: 1-800-952-521. 0n The Department of Consumer Affairs is California's consumer protection agency. Go somewhere else pay a little extra at least you wouldn't get scammed. Everyone in this store is a fraud they lie lie lie.

Sent my parents a floor model bed when they promised a new one. Then they sent my uncle a floor model couch when they promised a new one. My uncle put a tag in the couch they chose at the store and when they sent them the couch, it had the tag in it. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

I couldn’t figure out how to take the rest of my bed apart and I called this store to see if they would be able to help me. The gentleman that answered the phone did exactly that! He walked me through taking my bed apart which was a Lifestyle bed and mattress. His name is Phan Tien. He was extremely helpful and very patient.

As soon as we walked in, one of the employees Chris walked up to us and chatted us up. We mentioned we went to another store in the complex and he immediately started to defame the other business owner talking, saying we've been lied to. He continued to rant for 10 minutes and followed my girlfriend and I as we were leaving the store telling us to not buy from his competitor's store because his mattresses didn't have any of the manufacturing tags or shipping tags.We went and verified with the other store owner and saw all of the correct manufacturing and the shipping tags and bought from him.We will never come back to Lifestyle Furniture and Mattress because they slandered another business owner without verifying any of the information.

The guy name Chris is the worst sales person never pay him before delivering anything he sent me the floor model bed which I paid for new one. Stay away from this place ? waste of time waste of money I'll never go back to this place.

Great furniture at a good price! Jason and Tom were very professional. They pointed out a damaged headboard and replaced it in the next few days.

Very rude customer service. I visited the store on 29th Jan 2022 around 3:30pm, hoping to buy a couch, side table and a dinning table. The sales person intially was walking almost behind me with no personal space. I ignored him and started to shop around on my own. Then when I told him can I place the order over the phone, he initially said yes. So I started asking him for the model number so I can convinently place the order. Suddenly he started behaving very very rude. He literally took off his mask putting everyone's life on risk and started arguing with me. He said I think something is wrong with you. I took this complain to the other sales person in the store and he was like I don't think he was rude but I am sorry. Sorry without even being sorry about it.Worst ever service. I hope some one from the management of look at into the issue

I am in love with this store! My husband and I have been to the store several times and every time we have had the best service. Both Sonny and Chris have been great! They have a huge selection of every price range and we were able to find most everything that we needed for our new vacation home. We ended up buying so much that we had them deliver, set-up, and haul away the boxes. I was so surprised when they said yes to that because the house is 3 hours away!! The guys that came to deliver and set-up were awesome also. When they were done, my husband said it would have killed him if he were to have to do everything that they did! We will definitely be back!
