Came 5 minutes late then decides to wait 5 minutes then leaves when before I get vehicle outside. Avoid this low end tow service as they were contracted by my insurer for some reason.

My Tesla ran out of juice and Alex was determined to help me. His truck couldn't fit in the parking garage. He drag is Jack up to me and lifted the car and we pushed the Tesla 5 feet to reach the charging station. I'd highly recommend him!

My car was broken into yesterday and the tow truck person was so helpful. I wasn't quite thinking straight due to the sudden stress and he went out of his way to sort some things out with me.I highly recommend this place and thank them for their kindness yesterday.

Wow an 24 hour towing service. Awesome. Thank you so much for being available during our distress much appreciated. It. Did not receive service but so glad that they were close enough to provide assistance.

I was given this company through my insurance (GEICO) after another company refused to even try to take my vehicle because of a leak. I understand safety for everyone and the reasons as to why one might not want to tow a vehicle, however, when you state to a customer you will drop the vehicle where you're at if it leaks on your truck and call the fire department, your competence is lowered because your stupidity is showing. I'll give the benefit of doubt that one may not know to put the vehicle in neutral then getting it going for tow but you're an employee of a tow truck agency....get it together (btw, this was ). All Above Towing called me more than once to tell me where they were and when they were coming. Saul did all the work and was very kind. He made sure the car was parked okay at the shop, too . He treated my vehicle like it was his own and didn't just let it go like another tow company did prior (also through insurance!). I hope to get Saul again if I ever need another tow in the Bay Area!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I called for them thru my insurance at 2am after getting in to a car crash and said they would be here at 4:34 am. It's 4:39 and I called and the guy sounds like he doesn't even know they were supposed to come out. So he says they would be out there in 15 and 20 min. It's 5:20 and they still haven't showed up and I called them 5 times and they kept hanging up the phone. So I cancelled them. This isn't the first time this has happened with this specific tow company. Literally the worst.

-100 ⭐️ this is the tow service my insurance company sent to fix my spare tire, he came in sandals. No compressor to fill up air in the spare that was flat and started yelling at a motorist’s that’s was helping me with an air compressor…poor customer service please don’t bring your business here

Listen to the bad reviews. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and im here two hours into their lies and the driver said he is going to pick up his “car and come “ hope it has a flat bed . Skip to the next.

listen to the negative reviews they are all true. if you get them dispatched to you tell them to send someone else because they just lie until they find someone to do the job. You will wait hours. Skip skip to the next provider.

One of worst service provider in Bay Area. I had worst experience while for getting services from so called All Above. Actually name should be All Down services. Ajay dispatcher of this service is big liar. I was waiting for an hour, earlier he told me that tow track came at my place, when I checked in outside home cameras recording, no one show up. I called and Ajay changed the statement that truck came near by my place and in front of home. Never show up after waiting and calling for more than hour.

Non professional worst service providers ever i experienced. Ajay dispatcher had bad manner and not have sense of communication with customer. Big liar. My insurance company requested for service and after waiting for an hour no one show up. When called for checking the status and found they canceled the requested and mentioned that I was not at place and driver came and returned. CCTV cameras catch Ajay false claim. Wastage of time and zero value service. Please never rely on this service provider.
