I want to thank the tow truck driver for towing my car safely. Everything is basically procedural and he just needed to drive my car to the ramp to get it to my auto repair shop I selected. I am hoping to work with them again if any roadside assistance is needed.

Very nice people and very responsive - I had no problem getting ahold of them. I needed to jump start my car so as soon as guy left I turned the car off and it died again so I called them and they came right back and gave me some guidance on what to do to keep this battery going. Overall, very happy with their services!
