This people are not professionals, I called to make an appointment and a man answered and I told him I want to schedule an appointment and he told me that they are not hiring I said no, and he told me what I want with attitude, and I told him to fill out my taxes then I said forget about it I can find a better place to do my taxes more professionals.

Completely messed up on all my paperwork, and I had to pay fines. it was embarrassing how off the math was and I had to consult with the county to try to clear it up.

I had an appointment to meet with them at 11 AM. I used the address that they had listed on their website and it took me to a residential area. I walked up to what appeared to be a townhouse, just to find stuff all over the porch and nobody home. I tried calling the number on the website to reach someone, but nobody answered. I left a message and nobody called me back. Would not recommend this company.

I want to share my experience to save someone else from this service. At first I was very glad to have found Jeanine. I was looking for an accountant to work with that can help me with advice regarding my business. She's a cool lady and I got a great first impression. Working with her has been the least pleasant experience though. She was going to do me and my husband's income tax. I sent her all documents in March. She got back to me on the income tax due date (April 18) and said it didn't go through because of an error (?!) I felt so helpless and it was so unfair to get back to me on the due date. For her to wait to file our taxes until the due date is very much pushing it, in case there is an error - which it was. It took another week for her to let me know that it still wasn't filed and that it might be her software... Fast forward - in June she told me we should setup a phone call and sort this out. In the phone call she was totally confused and didn't even know what column C in Covered CA forms stands for (!!) No wonder she couldn't file it on her own. I literally had to help her fill out each number in the form. After the phone call I got billed $175 (!!!) for helping her do the job she already billed me for, and she charged us $200 extra because of covered CA forms. I did everything I was supposed to and I'm getting billed extra and taxes filed in June instead of April. It doesn't end here. After our taxes was filed we didn't hear anything from the IRS for months. After 6 months and a lot of attempt to contact them I finally got through on the IRS phone line. The representative said that our tax forms was filed incorrect - our accountant had put all our names (first, middle, last) on the row for "first name" so the forms were incorrect. We didn't get our refund until the end of the year. My previous experience working with CPA/accountants is that I provide the papers and have the taxes done pretty much on the same day. Never have I ever had these issues when taxes are due. Not being billed this much neither ($725)! Far away from affordable! Worst experience. If you want to work with a professional accountant look somewhere else!

Several years ago I brought my extremely (bad) tax situation to Jeanine . I had not filed personal and business taxes for years ! I was getting threatening letters from the IRS and the state tax franchise tax board. She was able to recreate my books and file (or refile as needed) she took control of my tax situation and guided me step by step (year by year) until my situation was completely resolved. It was a process that took about 2 years. Today I use her services to make sure I have a professional tax preparation and filing every year. I want to thank her for her saving me from tax hell!

Jeanine did our taxes for 2020 and we were very pleased with her work. We tried a different service last year and felt like "just a number" and like they didn't really care. But with Jeanine it's clear that she actually cares about her clients, and we very pleased with the results. Will definitely return for next year's taxes, and beyond!
