Jesse was very HELPFUL and COMMUNICATIVE with the status and gave constant UPDATES. When the car part did not arrive in time from the company, he switched gears and LOCATED another used part that would fit and come in sooner.
They work very well in communicating with my insurance GEICO and it was a very smooth process in handing over my keys to when I got it back. It did take a couple of weeks, (luckily I had car rental insurance) but I know they did what they could and I'm glad they found a faster solution.
After fixing my door to PERFECT condition, I mentioned that I have a different car part that eventually needs to replace. Jesse didn't rush but TOOK THE TIME to help me LOCATE a car part that was missing and went out of is way to make calls and update me.
He made reccomendations to help me find a CHEAPER alternative! I really appreciated the TRANSPARENCY in pricing and helpfulness.
When I got into my car, I realized they CLEANED the INTERIOR. The floor was dirt-free and dashboard dust-free. It hadn't had it cleaned in years, so that was a nice touch!

Normally a car would be considered totaled if the repair cost is about or at 80% of the total value of the vehicle, 2016 Rav4 hybrid xle, with about 19k total value and the repair estimate was quoted at 16k. I was told that they were going to total the vehicle, but nooo, they milked Geico with that. The repair quote also mentioned replacing the roof, but funny enough, that was B.S. as they couldnt possibly replace the roof with my crossbars still installed, and they need my keys to remove it. They also messed up the paint job since there were paint spray splatters on my dash board. Bad service, bad customer service, took 3 months to repair what couldve been a month and a half.
Better off with a local body shop, than this crap GEICO agent Nathan White recommends.

Greedy and dishonest people run this business. My car got damaged (at fault). Brought it in for repair estimate. Was told estimate world be emailed by send of day. Nothing. Called them several times over the next few days. Everything was told estimate will arrive by end of day. The day never ended for these people it seems.
Well, I was gonna pay out of pocket, so dunno if that was a factor. But I'm done with them. Found another body shop who's prompt and responsive. So thanks, but no thanks.

I needed a tiny fix, one piece of the body on the bottom was scratching the pavement. They fixed it quickly and didn't even charge me anything! Very nice and efficient people!

AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET VIRBAL ATTACT BY THIER MANAGER. I had the most unpleasant call with the shop manager Fernando Alvarado. ( he stated he is the owner) And I feel so offended and humiliated by him. I called in for service today as my Tesla car had a collision and need it repaired.I expressed my need which is my car is barely drivable due to steeling wheel issue from the collision and I was trying to find a way to eliminate the # of times to drive the car to the shop. We have shared the picture of the car including the alert from the Tesla showing the steering wheel issue which caused the damage. However, he stated he can't see why we can't drive the car from the picture and the estimates provided by insurance company. AND HE ASKED ME TO FIX THE STEELING WHEEL SOMEWHERE ELSE SO I CAN DRIVE THE CAR TO HIS SHOP TO FIX THE REST I don't understand his logic and when I trying to ask understand the process better. He keeps accuse me lying about the steeling wheel and blame about me having an attitude and says they won't accept me as customer anymore. I have never been humiliated by any service provider like this. When I asked to his manager. He said he is the manager and the owner of the shop. If that's the case, I would recommend anyone who don't want to get humiliation from service provide to avoid this place at all cost.

We took out Lexus LX 470 to ACC Auto Collision in Newark for body repair as my wife had a major collission on our Lexus LX 470. My family was treated warmly, courteously, and professionally at the door by the manager, I think he was Jesse. They repaird the car meticulously and it was ready as they promised for readyness. To my surprises, Came out as a Brand New Car. I love their job done on my car and strongly recommend this place for body repair services!!!

The Job was completed to me satisfaction was done with good quality work. The front office is very helpful and accomodating. I took one star off becasue for some reason my Battery was drained and I had to recharge my Battery on the Prius.

I highly recommend all car concerns to the Auto Collision Center. Jesse and his highly trained staff specially Julia are very honest, professional and they will have your car looking newer than before. Peace! Great service, good quality of work,very knowledgeable, fair, reasonable, and Great workmanship. Overall outstanding work and excellent service and customer service - very happy with my experience here. Very kind people working here! They'll explain everything to you and treat your car very well. Would recommend it.
