This trip I needed a carburator kit for my 15 year old chipper. Last time I needed a gas cap for my 20 year old string trimmer. They had both parts in stock and their mechanic offered to installed the carburator part. I do not remember what I have picked up from them earlier but they have never had to order something for me and all my gas powered equipment is getting old.

Yes, another 5-star review for this shop. Now don't expect this kind of service everytime from them, but...when I was told by a Grass Valley lawn mower repair shop that they were 3.5 weeks out, I contacted SPF Saw Shop and was told SPD was 1.5 weeks out for machines with 4-stroke engines, so I brought in my Toro self-propelled, walk-behind mower for installation of a baffle and dirt-skirt, and blade sharpening. 3 hours later I picked it up, repaired. Plus, they cleaned the exterior of the machine. Again, I got lucky that they had an opening right away. Still, I recommend this shop, even if you don't get your machine back the same day.

5 star experience every time. Prices are competitive, staff (especially Terry) are super helpful and knowledgeable. Turn over time for fixing things is under a week generally. And if you have questions, if they don’t know the answer, they’ll call other professionals on your behalf so you get your answer
