Friendly people, meat quality is fantastic, roasts and burgers, deli meats: SPD turkey, ham and roast beef, you can't buy better quality.

Family run grocery store. Not the cheapest, but there isnt a butcher in town like this place. They have the best meats around.

Love this market. I live in Lincoln but every time go to Nevada City I go to SPD! I have made a trip down to get there to get Nemans Ranch Kentucky Bourbon sausage! This store has everything!

I love SPD! My family lives in Nevada City so every time we visit we go here. The people who work here are always so helpful and friendly and they have a great selection for a smaller grocery store. Oh and DO NOT MISS their fresh made to order sandwiches in the deli!!! They are delicious and the prices are great!!!

I love the SPD Meat Market they have I consider the best meat in town there prices are standard to other grocery stores.they do have sales that are always good deals . 70/30 bugers 299 a lb standard best butcher in town home made sausages hotdogs fish full service but her in the spd market 5 star
