“I honestly can't believe anyone still goes to the big chains when we have this sweet little gem of a pharmacy! I have been lucky enough to know of Dokimos for 14+ years now, and I am so grateful for them! I can't tell you how many times they've helped fill a prescription at last minute notice, rushed medication after a surgery or diagnosis, the list is endless. Becky is the most fabulous person to ever work in customer service. An absolute gem of a human that I consider a friend after all these years just going in there! All of the staff is so warm and helpful (Bryce, Jill, Jen, Kat- among others that I know I'm missing!), they're always a pleasure to interact with. I could keep going, truly. But just do yourself a favor and ditch the big chain (AND THE HEADACHE) for this spot.”

“4 months ago, the "pharmacist-in-charge" I had to deal with for my husband who had surgery THAT DAY, was an unethical jerk, making up all sorts of excuses... an autocratic jack**s, bent on playing God (in his own mind), a dictator that apparently staff wasn't very comfortable with either.
I've pulled all of his prescriptions from CVS, maybe, if I hear from staff that the supervisory dictatorship is gone, we can come back...
I'll use the regular part of the store occasionally, just not as much anymore because of that "person's" incredibly loathsome behavior.
It's unfortunate that 1 person can spoil a whole store. The rest of the staff are and always have been very professional and courteous.”
“Staff are friendly and welcoming. They're very on top of things in comparison to the other pharmacies in the area. Not perfect, but in general, they're much more competent with getting your orders ready on time.The store is set up in a way where it's super easy to get in and out quickly.I would use them as my main pharmacy if they had access to a stimulant provider. I don't know if this just affects Schedule II stimulants, specifically ADHD stimulants, or all drugs in the class. But they are just unable to provide any kind of commonly prescribed stimulant.This is absolutely not the pharmacy's fault. Obviously a small pharmacy is going to struggle getting a hold of a provider of such a heavily monitored substance.However, the fact I can't pick up all of my boyfriend's medications along with mine is unfortunately a deal breaker for me.If you aren't on stimulants, this place is a great choice.No idea if they also have trouble getting other kinds of heavily controlled medications.I'd recommend you call ahead of time before you decide to send anything that might cause a problem. They've been very clear and upfront to me over the phone about matters like that.”
“When traveling to the Grass Valley area I had 3 sets of sutures needing removal. They were taken care of efficiently, dealing with out of state insurance can be problem but was handled without problems.”
“We came here from Minnesota and needed a prescription transferred to California and it was literally no problem at all the lady helping us was very nice! That's why we use Walgreens, we travel a lot and they are convenient all over the USA !”
“Customer service, availability of timely refills and wait times has improved so much in last 4 months. For at least a year before that I would barely give one star. Whatever Rite Aid has changed it is working and I now have no complaints.”

“This place was ok the person that helped us wasn't friendly nor appear happy, he was not really that helpful luckily I am and knew what I wanted . It was expensive too .”
