I have been renting storage space there for over a year now and everything has been great. Access is convenient, and the people in the office have always been very helpful. When my bank compromised my credit card and therefore cancelled it; they contacted me quickly and we were able to sort things out, without any problem. John K.

We have had our items at this storage facility for 14 months plus. The owners/staff have always been helpful, including long distance communication. The facility is clean and maintained well. I will always use NCSS for my storage needs.

If I could take away the star, that would be better. After a year in storage, things were missing. Had some issues with the owner while my things were in storage. I believe it was retaliation.

Stay away from these people. If you fall behind, they will behave as if they own you AND your stuff. I believe the owner actually took things out because they're missing and he was the only other person that had access.
