The drum on my dryer stopped rotating. John was able to come within a day of calling him, although he noted that's not always possible. With parts changing constantly, he had one on hand that fit perfectly, and' he had ordered a backup - just in case. His proficiency and knowledge were amazing, and I appreciated his recommendations for getting the best out of my machine. I'm so pleased that I was able to get such good service!

We had two stoves that needed servicing, and John came by to repair them within two days, at a very busy time for him. He provided very honest, quick, no-nonsense service, with rates that are much more reasonable than other local companies. Highly recommended.
