Storage facility is nice and clean. Office staff does not seem to care or have empathy for people losing their jobs due to Covid-19. I had to empty my storage since I lost my job and would not be able to make the monthly payment the office manager would not waive or discount the last month she went back to the 30 day notice. . I have been a loyal customer keeping my monthly payments on time I guess being loyal doesn’t mean anything to her.

Very Nice place, But communication is poor, and I gave notice and moved mybstuff out and have been waiting ALMOST. A month for my security Deposit refund.. They charge it instantly on my CC. But want to tell ya it takes a month for them to snail mail ya a rather large deposit back.. if it aint here by next week Ill be doing a charge back .

Well ,to tell the truth ,i was only there to fix a tire ,but i can say this, it is a very nice secure place to store your boat ,and it's covered well ,got caught in a rainstorm while i was there ,but stayed dry !
