My first visit and I ran into Stacy! She had left for the day, but walked back in to take care of something, but I walked in a minute later. 10 out of 10 stylists would have said, “I sorry but come back tomorrow.” Not Stacy, because I said, I can come back tomorrow and she said we are both here. Bam!! Rock Star status immediately ?. We then had a pleasant conversation while she was working magic on my fine and thin hair ?. That character work ethic is rare and I appreciated it, while it made my MONTH is how rare “Stacy people” are. I am using that phrase in her honor. Common man, be a Stacy ?.

Called to confirm appointment. Came early. Stylist busy. Stylist doesn't say a word to me. Other stylist acknowledges me . My Stylist still doesn't say a word to me and ignores me. I wait for my appointment time to pass. Stylist still in deep conversation with current client no respect for me or my time. While i had time to wait and look around. Establishment was dirty. Floor was filthy. Waiting chairs looked dirty. Also hard to find parking. I keep trying to give this place a chance but I think this was the last one.

I love all the ladies in there, Zoe especially! I have curly/wavy hair and have had HORRIBLE experiences having my haircut. NOT with Zoe, though! She cuts mine and my daughters hair beautifully every single time and she is such a sweet lady. 10/10 recommend, I love this place

Worse gel nail manicure I've ever had!! This was physically painful Jodell Drimeled my nails so aggressively that she spilt one and I had to pull away when she drimeled the side of my finger. She filed the top of my fingers as she thought it was my nails. Ouch.... Every nails was shaped differently and jagged. But worse of all, every nail was full of bubbles from not being dried long enough. To be fair, it was a 5 o'clock appointment and I had on thick powder nail manicure that Jodell was not familiar with. Now powder gels have been around for a long time. She hasn't kept up with her profession. She brought out a device to hold the nail polish that was black with debris. Her equipment was soaking in some cloudy liquid. Has no pride in her profession. No updated training. I was almost in tears.
