Went to this place some time ago to get minor paint work done on my last car. Insurance paid for it but these guys at first were trying to tell me that it wasnt, insurance told me the check sent to them was cashed, i mentioned this to them and “they figured out that it was actually cashed”. The work they did wasnt good, i didnt come back to them because i had already used up enough of my time at this place and my trust was gone with them.

This place ordered the wrong fender and forced me to PAY for the wrong part??????? I'm not happy at all and will be reaching out to corporate!!! I left a deposit to lock in the price, but the lady insisted that i paid for the part? I specifically told them that the part was rare and to be careful!! The distinction of the parts is obvious! The arrogance of this lady has ruined my relationship with this business. People be careful, they are fast talkers....

These people will try their best to take the most money out of your pocket. Charges that come out of air. If you are not working through insurance, don't even look at this place. That's where their business is, insurance companies. But if you are a simple client looking for service, you will experience the worst. At least 1 hour wait time even though there is no line. Just to get an estimate. Then, a ridiculous amount of money. Don't even stop by. Just go elsewhere. Anything else is better.

I'm pretty sure my three rolls of quarters got stolen from the center console. So about $30. I guess it's my fault for forgetting to take it. Pretty good job on the paint job though. They also adjusted my side mirrors in a better way, so that's a plus.

Sharing this review for my mom Rosalinda. Such great customer service and work quality. They were polite, courteous and did such an amazing job painting her car as well as restoring her headlights. Definitely recommend getting work done here. Special thanks to Mario and staff for also picking my mom up at her residence to take her to the shop to pick up her car. Much appreciated!

I could not afford a new car and my 2005 black Toyota Corolla was in need of a paint job and had been for quite some time. I called several businesses and decided on Zook’s Earl Scheib in National City. They met the targeted date and my car looked GREAT when I picked it up. Mario was fantastic! He gave me a courtesy cleaning of my rims and had the workers replace my window weatherstrippings that I found online. I found one issue with the placement of the emblem and had to return, but it was fixed within a hour. I would definitely refer Earl Scheib in National City. Excellent team of professionals! From the estimate to the finish product, Mario provided outstanding customer service. My 2013 Toyota Tacoma needed a face lift and the professionals at Earl Scheib made my truck look brand new. The pricing was fair (way better then their competitors up the street) and the end result was well worth it.
In addition to the outstanding paint job, Mario's team provide some extra's like buffing my foggy headlights.
I would highly recommend checking out Mario and his team if you're looking to paint your car!!

Don't go, they are very despotic, apart from the fact that they almost hit me when I entered, they don't pay attention when reversing, they are not at all friendly, they act stupid, that's because they have a lot of cars, but the same customers are going to leave.

I love earl scheib !!! They are the very best !! I’ve been taking my vehicles here for the past 13 years. I own a car dealership in in sunny San Diego and they have always done great grade a work A work at unbeatable prices . I rate them a 10/10 if I could give them a milllion stars, I def would!!!
