Really bad customer service skills. The two young females the night of 2/2/24 did not even acknowledge me standing in line to waiting to pay. They were too busy talking about their personal life and their ex's freely during my whole transaction. Very unprofessional, please rethink your hiring process and establish some customer service training for those poor performing employees.

Oohhhh where do I begin, miss monae is the sweetest most patient person. As I'm about ready to give up and leave because I felt defeated and tired of honestly looking she just took over the entire experience, made me go get settled in a room with my 2 crazy kids and just took care of it all. She gave me so many options when I felt like there was none. She went above and beyond my expectations and I was sad to learn she is leaving the company, to pursue what makes her happy and she is one beautiful happy person. Thank you for making my day, and for finding me a dress for something on such short notice. You will be missed girlie !!

I've been to all the Windsor locations in San Diego but have never had an experience as I did with Monae. She was not only friendly but she went so above and beyond to help my daughter find a formal dress. She suggested dresses out of her comfort zone as well because Monae had personal experiences with the dresses. My daughter ended up buying something out of her comfort zone which she looks fabulous in! If it wasn't for Monae continually checking on us and asking how my daughter liked the dresses she probably would've chosen something else. Monae made our experience as if we had a personal shopper and hype woman. I've never had a shopping experience like this, let alone at any other Windsor. So THANK YOU Monae, you made a difference in a young girls life and boosted her confidence more than you know!

I got a few dresses from here for a photo shoot coming up. Jack helped me out with the dressing room and checking out. Great customer service! Wrapped my dresses in garment bags. They do offer military discount. Scored a dress for $10!

Great formal dress selection. We did not think that we would find our sizes here, as they normally have dress sizes for less curvy women. We were pleasantly surprised to find 5 in our size to try on. The price and fit of the perfect one won us over and we made the purchase. I am so happy that my teenage daughter and I decided to come here to check out the dress selection for her event tonight. The dress is beautiful, perfectly fits, and is perfect for the price. The store staff was very customer service oriented. The woman who runs the dressing room was very helpful with a positive attitude. We appreciated her. The store manager, Jack, was very helpful and modeled great customer service as well...leading by example is awesome. Thank you we will return!

First time here. I came to this store to shop for my maternity photoshoot. I was patiently waiting in line, when I saw the cashier being so nice to the customer infront of me once it was my turn her attitude change for no reason it made me feel uncomfortable, she was giving me a nasty look & gave me my bag all rude. I used to work as a retail & I don't know what made her think being rude to me was ok, I'm a pregnant lady who was just being nice. It happened Wednesday night around 6pm hope you see this. Next time I'll call you out.

I went to Windsor for a wedding guest dress and Monae was amazing! She really went above and beyond to help me find the right one! She also brought me shoes to pull the whole look together! She is someone you want helping you find what your looking for super friendly and very respectful of your space and time! If you go to Windsor to find a dress ask for Monae!!

i was treated so rudely by the manager at the Windsor el cajon store! i tried to return wrinkled up dress that would not smooth out when my granddaughter put it on! The manager said all sales are final!! and then laughed at me and told me to sell this deficient dress that i paid $79.99 for. when i told her i won't shop there anymore, she laughed again showing off to her other employees !, and replied "I don't care!". that's fine!". i have never been treated so rudely by anyone in a clothing store. they are usually helpful and nice! not shopping there again!

Best thing about shopping there is the manager! "Monae" Omg! She totally helped up choose dress, shoes pretty much everything. She so enthusiastic, that it makes it fun to shop there. My daughter hates shopping, but she was totally having fun. Thanks again Monae!
