They were charging me $120 to do a Vehicle inspection, but they don’t even report it to the DOT (Sprinter Van), so I quickly left.

I needed a oil change for my truck and they were charging me $630 on the invoice I received I was charged twice for the labor I ended up going somewhere else and only paying $3 40 for that exact same oil change so I would definitely tell people to be weary of this place!

Poor customer service.The mobile repair person didn't show up for my appointment and West Coast Truck Service didn't let me know. Instead, I called them after waiting an hour to find out the scheduler was out to lunch. I then called back and was told my appointment had been cancelled and they decided not to reschedule a later appointment because rates would be higher. They asked if I wanted to reschedule for another day but I declined.

My friend recommended this place, so I had high expectations. It would be 5 stars, but Minus 1 star: I got a quote ($295) a week prior setting up an appointment, and when the job was done was charged $330 They said that they didn't save the quote, still didn't adjust to the correct amount. Minus 2 star: I've been told the job will take 1 hr. After waiting for almost an hour - the job was not even started. The wait would be longer if I wouldn't speak to the manager.
