Poor service. As long as you don't need anything its a typical coin laundry, in fact it's a little smaller. They do have laundry detergent freely accessible here. But it ain't "free." Judging by the higher cost of the machines, compared to other laundromats, I'd say the cost of the "free" detergent is paid for that way. Still I saw customers bringing in their own washing supplies. So, actually a smart idea providing laundry detergent.

Very clean and most of the machines work which is not easy to find in this area. The lady working here was extremely attentive of the counter while cleaning and promptly rushed over to help when I needed to buy something. This will be my new go-to laundromat for as long as I live in this neighborhood.

I've been doing my Laundry all over the place. But this stood out the best 5x5 Star for me. Shout out to Lina for an outstanding job running this place! Hello Franchise Owner or Owner, I commend her for the job well done. It's the most organized and the cleanest Laundromat I've ever been. I can lay down on the floor if I'm allowed to. Plays nice music and free Wi-Fi. It has plenty of Washers and Dryers to use from. Free detergent soap!!!

All washers and dryers work. I trust these more than any other laundromat I been to. Very spacious, plenty of carts. Lots of parking. Free soap to wash. Great area too. This is my new go to place to do my laundry. The credit/debit card acceptors is a huge plus.

Washers and dryers are often broken. Not to mention every .25¢ was for 8 minutes now it's 7 minutes. Ahhh inflation...any who if they just fix there washers and dryers we would be fine too many people we need all of them to be up and operational and for the place to actually have hot water for whites. They have free soap and every $10.00 you put on your wash n go card you get $2.00 back...that's a plus right.

I have been a dedicated customer since this place has been in business. Started using the drop off service weekly about 2 years ago and thanks to the new "manager" Brenda I will be taking my laundry elsewhere. The constant turn over of new employees is astonishing. Brenda speaks very little english and has no idea how to communicate effectively. After picking up my laundry this week I noticed a number of items had bleach stains and color transfers. Brenda told me she would "give me a 25 dollar credit!!!!!"I don't think so! 25 dollars won't even cover the pillow case that was ruined. Instead of asking what she could do to resolve the issue, she had the audacity to try to argue and over talk me on the phone , and said "I don't know who gave you my number" ! Every employee except for Lena needs to be retrained. Lena took full accountability for the mistakes and offered to pay for the damaged items. Her doing that was enough for me and I told her it was okay and mistakes happen. I thought it was resolved until I got a call from Miss Rudeness telling me what she was and was not going to do. She loves to throw her manager title around when in reality she doesn't have the authority to do anything. I'm convinced the homeless people that sleep in front of the building could do a better job than she can.

Increased prices. Last week washing 2 loader machine at $2.75, 3 loader machine at $3.75. Dryer prices appear to be the same price .25 cents but reduced from eight minutes to seven minutes a quarter. This week 2 loader machine $3.25, 3 loader machine $4.25Once I finish my loaded card I will take my business elsewhere. I can't afford this additional . 50 cents per machine.

(9-21-2021, Tuesday) I went to the new Wash N Go laundromat on 8th St National City. It doesn't appear on Google Maps yet, so I'll write my review here. At first I thought it was nice, especially with the $2 discount every $10 on the card, but every time I dry my laundry it takes more money to dry than other places, it seems like I've got scammed because my laundry doesn't dry well, I waste a lot of money even with the discount. I really felt disappointed. Another thing that was disappointing is the manager that works morning shift, she's rude and unprofessional, she's not friendly. I hate when she's cleaning the dryer area when I am using it, kinda annoying, and she never said "excuse me" or wait til I'm finished taking my laundry out. I told her about it but she insisted and continued what she was doing, she just said it's her job. I got mad and told her I'm not going back here, she answered "it's ok." it means she doesn't care to have costumers. She has too much pride. She doesn't have costumer service, no wonder there's very little people here, it's because of her rudeness. If I were the owner of that laundromat, I should not hire a manager like her, she's rude and not friendly at all. No wonder, not much people out there, the management sucks!

Where to start? The entire staff beginning with Alondra and Lina are amazing. They all are very respectful, professional and sweet. I've dropped off clothes when I've been pressed on time and couldn't be happier with the way I received my neatly folded items. Also I love that they offer detergent which I normally don't need but did have had to use once and I was grateful that they offered this to their clients. I will continue to go to this location for their cleanliness and great staff.

Husband and I have washed here for years. The past 6 months my husband started to drop off our clothes instead, manager Alondra started to be extremely friendly to the point of getting my husbands # from the clothes drop off receipt. She would text him things like "your smile is beautiful, etc". Long story short I personally dropped off the clothes this last time, told the lady to let Alondra know that We said hi, well when we picked up the clothes we were missing all he's white clothes. We called tried to find it and were referred by the lady in this location that my husband can call Alondra to get this resolved personally. Not only unethical but also bad experience with clothes "missing" maybe boundaries need to be taught to staff!
