I enjoyed the car wash. My car was nice and clean. I got to wash it, vacuum it, and use their towels and windex to clean it. They have great customer service. I have been a client for many years.

This dishonest business deserves -5 Stars. Looks like I am not the only one who has caught them lying. Beware! Please check you monthly Bank statements for monthly overcharges. I disputed the overcharge on my Bank statement with Jessica at LUV Car Wash. First of all, she was rude and arrogant with ZERO Customer Service skills. She refused to correct the discrepancy and I took it up with my Bank. My Bank was gracious and resolved the disputed promptly and credited my account. There are far too many car washes in the area who do not scam the customer. Take your business elsewhere. I definitely will.
