Even though the store is bigger than the one I usually go shopping at, it doesn't have some products that the other one has. I had to go to the one I regularly go to to buy what wasn't in this one.

There are always lots of people in the store at noon and from 4 to close . Good selection of items. Small bakery area and deli area. The meat and dairy section is squeezed into a small area in the back next to paper products.

I’ve tried and tried to give this location chances but the only way to get what you want, like an in and out, you have to do curbside pickup.I’ve had bad experiences with trying to get someone to help you open the cases. A lot of things are locked away now and nobody has keys or they dont want to help. I always just get told “i dont have the keys” then you just hace to wait for someone to show up. Or go hunt someone down only to get treated like im bothering them. I understand we all live in california, its expensive and nowhere pays a decent living wage but come on try a little.I previously had another bad experience at self checkout, the cashier was super slow. I needed help. And she was busy. I understand. But for her to not know how to help and having to go get someone else to help. Thats an inconvenience. Personal opinion but why put someone as a helper if they cant help.Tonight was my final attempt. I needed to pickup a few things. It’s a busy Saturday night. I had two items to return so i made my first stop the service desk. Theres no one there to help. I waited patiently. And finally someone shows up and has an attitude, takes my items and starts the transaction. A simple ”sorry for the delay” or “ how can i help you.” I got nothing. Then another associate comes and interrupts the cashier they get full attention and a “hey” they have a short conversation and then proceeds to take their time and returns one item one at a time, doing it almost purposely slow. Yes i did argue a bit and they argued back. But this sucks, if you go into the store you gotta demand customer service if you need it. Which again you will cause everything is locked away. Then all the associates you encounter are either running from you or have an attitude. This is my local Walmart. I’ll gladly travel to a different one.

The store itself is fine. I shop here weekly. I dont know what was going on at self checkout today though. The associates were telling everyone including myself that we had over 20 items. i had 20. what the hell? 3 associates came over to tell me i needed to go to a manned register. why? i asked the associates to count my items. They told me they didnt have to, a manager would come do it. they were so rude. im not sure what the deal was. they then told the customer next to me he had over the item limit. he had 15.

Very bad service when you want to buy something from a display case, no one wants to go, you go to the manager and she tells you that there is a line and there is no one, you have to wait as if you were going to a government procedure when you just want to buy a dryer
