The employees are always busting their butts here- always so helpful. This location is VERY busy though. More registers open than other store but they need more. They don’t always accept cash at self check out or have enough associates to help the 20 self check out machines. They check receipts at the door which creates lines and now they have added locked shelves in the pharmacy area. Terrible idea- the call buttons don’t work and they don’t have an associate there in the department to help. If you can afford that you can afford to pay someone to be close by- I’ll go some place else. Very annoying to have to check out immediately or have something locked in a box so you have to wait at the register.

They always put me on hold and somehow seems to forget about it. I was on hold for about 19 minutes and no one gets back on me when she said there's one person ahead of me.

1 hour wait to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be sent to my home. No manager around to sign an override and no one else is allowed to. Pretty shabby.

I came here today because I needed to begin a prescription tomorrow and our usual military pharmacy has reduced hours due to covid. I was impressed. The manager greeted me as I walked up. I was given helpful service, registering and dropping my prescription off by Rita. I picked up after 20 minutes and was greeted by a pharmacist. Beverly quickly checked me out, and told me the pharmacist would be right over to go over my prescriptions. Kevin the pharmacist then went over all my questions with me,and was very informed on how my medicine functions and it's side effects. The low copay was so inexpensive I'm going to use them again in the future. The treatment, the knowledge, and the courteous staff our worth the visit. I am very grateful to know we have this option, and I think the pharmacy should be very proud of what a wonderful team they have working for them.

Horrible service. Curbside pickup put you on hold for more than 15 minutes before asking your information. Then they put you on hold again after getting your information. I called the pharmacy customer service directly and it was the worst. I got tired of waiting on the phone and finally decided to hang up.

Customer service is really rude here. Some employee keeps yelling out pangit (ugly) at me. This place needs to hire new employees that know how to deal with customers.

Called in 3 refills for blood pressure meds on the automated refill line for my husband on 9/5/20, went to pick them up 7 days later on 9/11/20. I was told they never got the request. I arrived at the pick up window, gave the clerk all the necessary info and she told me there was nothing. Another clerk came up behind her and while she was reading the computer screen she asked if I called it in by phone. I told her I used the automated refill line. She said "Oh, you used the machine." in a sad tone of voice that said "Oh, that's too bad." I asked them how am I supposed to know if it didn't go through when "the machine" accepted my prescription numbers, gave me the correct prompts and said they had to call the dr. Then I was told to get in the Drop Off line. No explanation as to why. I did, but I'm thinking "I'm not dropping off, these are refills." I went back to the other line and asked the same clerk why she sent me to the Drop off line when I'm refilling prescriptions?" I said "you can't take my prescriptions numbers?" She just shook her head. The clerk in the Drop off line told me there were no refills and they would have to contact the doctor. I told her my husband just went to the doctor and was given a new prescription with refills for a year. I asked if they pulled the original rx. She went to the back and I saw her speaking to who I assume was a pharmacist. She came back and said "The pharmacist said no refills." Baloney, the pharmacist never budged from her spot in front of the computer. So I left with nothing but a "Sorry." I was a pharmacy tech for almost 30 years and if confronted with a similar situation of no refills on blood pressure medication and on a Friday we would advance 2 or 3 pills until we were able to contact the Doctor on Monday. I guess that's not an option at Walmart, even though none of it was my fault. While I was waiting in line 45 minutes because the 2 people ahead of me had problems, i couldn't help but notice at least 7 employees in the pharmacy. A couple of pharmacists, a few techs and a few I couldn't figure out what their function was. It was definitely not making eye contact with the growing crowd of customers waiting in line. I get it. The pharmacist's don't want to wait on customers. The pharmacy techs will but only if absolutely necessary. Everybody wants to be in the back with the computers and phones and drugs. I gave the pharmacy a try and since I try to avoid all unnecessary stress in my life I will be transferring all my husbands prescriptions to a different pharmacy

By far the worst Walmart pharmacy! Service is slow and always crowded. If you want to call in an order for pick up, you better place it 3 days before desired pick up date.

Poor service, not enough workers, and you have to go search the store for a salesperson. Too many things locked up, that arent nevessary; it makes it take way too long to get your items!

Horrible service Many times have they NOT ordered or communicated that they did not have a medication until it was too LATE! They never even gave a courtesy call. Even told me a child common medicine was "rare" checked with my insurance and it is not! My doctor has advised me to stop using this pharmacy. Run

Really rude customer service and they always have issues with my prescriptions. I switched over to CVS, they’re a million times better and friendlier.

Worst Walmart, return line is so long, even during the weekdays. They have only one or two people working the registers for returns . Never have this problem at Target.
