Worst Walmart I have ever shopped at. The customer service is horrible and it is always filled to capacity which only adds to the highlight the inefficient and horrible customer service, There are so many people in there that you cannot push a cart around safely without bumping into people. The parking is even worse if you can imagine. people speeding around through the parking lot people walking in in front of cars just a recipe for an accident to happen.Save your money do not shop at Walmart. Go to Costco a lot better customer serviced

Sombath it is a great employee goes above and beyond ! we were very pleased with him, and tried to give him a tip, and he did not accept it. every store needs an employee like Sombath . Great job

If i could give a 0 star i would, i just had the most terrible experience ever day and have NEVER EVER felt this disrespected, profile and discriminated in my life. I was completing three different transactions at the self check out line because i was helping my mom and wanted to separate things. Well my mom is using and electric cart because she is disabled and all out stuff is in the little metals. From the moment we start scanning the clerk is staring at us and we can just feel it, granted it was from a small cart and i was paying separately. So i complete the first transaction and she like "oh dont forgot to scan these things". So i politely tell her im making separate transactions because im helping my mom which i shouldnt even have to explain myself cause she even sees im scanning more stuff. At this point shes like breathing down our necks and i get uncomfortable so now im kind of blanking on what im doing so i start scanning maybe a tad bit slower and another guest asked for assistance maybe 3 times by now and she tells him "No you have to wait and points at us" and hes just standing there frustrated as well , so than i tell her "can u please go over there ur making me really uncomfortable and i still have scanning to do" so by this time im paying for the second transaction And while im paying she come to the cart and starts ripping out everything while my moms purse is in there mind u again its an electric cart so they arent big , i havent paid for yet and shes throwing it by the little counter which not everything can fit on so some on the floor. At that point i had enough i tell her to get her hands out my cart and i start arguing a bit, than shes still not stopping so i ask for a supervisor so she cqlls and the other guest is still asking for assistance and she again says "noo you have to wait" mind u this is a self checkout of About 6 registers and she is not even paying attention to anybody else, so we wait about 20 mins supervisor hasnt came yet so i ask where theyre at and she just states that she called them already and than THE POWER GOES OUT so im just like you know what im going to leave everything i was scqnning for the 3rd transaction and go complain at customer service so i tell her , here im leaving all this shit imma go to the front to complain about u and she tells me "ok than leave go" ....... Right as we walked maybe 5-10 steps i ran into supervisors and the other guest she wasnt assisting on his own stopped and told them the story as well.. i repeat i have never felt disrespected like this before ever i was angry, embarrassed, my anxiety was out the roof , everything. I even told the supervisor i know we all have bad days but this was just beyond looking past it. I have contacted corporate and everything and have went this far because of the humiliation i was put through today. Oh btw her name is Marissa , i hope they either train you to be better or let u go, preferably u know what i would want them to do. Im proud of myself for containing my anger but you might not get that from the next person.

Placed a photo order on Saturday night. Received an email that my photos were ready for pickup on Sunday. Went Monday morning to the photo counter to pick up my order and both associates say the machine has been down since Friday and they don't know anything else. I proceed to go to customer service to ask why they are sending emails stating photo orders are ready to be picked up if the machine is down and the only response I received was "yeah, I don't know anything about that." Horrible service and apparently IT issues as well.

Purchased items put them on assisted checkout conveyer belt along with Walmart recycled bags. Clerk rang up items and stacked them on turntable along with bags I provided. She did not bag the items, I asked if she could help and her response was she could not sue to covid restrictions . I called b******* since she just touched all the merchandise along with the bags to move them. I called her out and said she was lazy. Oh I forgot to mention I am disabled due to stroke. Walmart has gone insane not helping disabled. I will never shop there again.

This location has a lot of inventory and availability of items. There are some things you should know before you go. Make sure that you go before it gets late at night. They have some knuckleheads hanging out in the parking lot. There is a security patrol here but they stay parked away on one side of the store and can't see the whole other side of the parking lot. They park faced away from the view of customers.We bought a bike here for Christmas but the seat is broken. Brand new bike with a broken seat...so we will be taking it back. They always have A LOT of long lines at checkout. They had 2 registers open on Christmas Eve and lines were going all the way to the back of the store...unbelievable. After my 45min wait, they opened self checkout which did not apply to me.It would be a better experience if they just would get more checkouts opened regularly. That would be a quick fix. Then, have the security actually patrol the lot.

Susie likes to interrupt paying customers with her mouth full of food. Issac does whatever Susie says to do because she's the manager. I bought a bike was charged 128 when it was a black Friday deal for 98 dollars. I called and let walmart know the issue and the manager at the time told me all I had to do was bring in my receipt and they would pay me the difference. Well Susie and Issac made it the worst experience and made it very difficult. At first I had a floor manager go talk to susie and Issac and they first told me there was nothing they could do that I wouldn't get a refund. I wasn't able to go to the office for whatever reason at first. I felt like something was off and they where doing the bare minimum. They asked for a piture of the bike which i didnt take on black friday so I asked for them to look at cameras and see that bike for 98 dollars and i had to have an employee physically unlock the bike so it wasnt in the wrong area. They told me they will have an investigation which i completely understand but i went to the bike area to see if the bike was still 98.I went back saw the bike is now 78 so I go back to Issac and full mouth Susie and showed them the picture that they so desperately asked for and told me I needed to buy that bike and bring back other bike for me to get what they own me for their mistake they made in the first place. Issac seemed mad that i already had his evidence in hand and now they owned me more money and thats when he told me calm down but i knew how made he was that i had all the proof they needed but they wanted to give me more excuses. They told me to go back to customer service wait in line and they will help me. That makes no sense, they knew i was already waiting and they wanted to send me back in line just to talk to them again. Yeah i have reason to be frustrated. These managers are lazy.Well after about an hour I finally got my 50 dollars walmart tried to steal from me and that was definitely no thanks to disgusting Issac and mouth full of food susie.

I lost my phone during a grocery run and I drove back to the store Hoping I would still find it. I checked with customer service, no luck. I went back to the produce department. One on the employees name Alo begin to help me find my phone. She help me track my steps back and even called my phone a few times. She was very sweet, by saying don't worry we will find it. When I had given up hope, I thank her for her help . Walked back to customer service one last time before leaving. To my surprise someone had turned in my phone. I was so relieved, I walked back to Alo to thank her for her help and took a picture of her. Thank you Alo for being so positive.

I try avoiding all Wally worlds, mostly because of the people that shop there... not necessarily the employees themselves. This Walmart was on my way home and and from memory had a bigger grocery section. I have been getting Amazon delivery since covid started but have needed to pick up a few items here and there. As you can see from the pics, they are out of stock on a lot of items. Even in the Healthcare sections... luckily someone was standing at the case in the women's section and I was able to get my item and be on my way.... I forget everything is locked up here... its crazy, expensive shaving cream is locked up but razors are not?! Anyhow, I went up and down automotive and couldn't locate the part I needed... I was able to do self checkout immediately and the staff was friendly and helpful when I forgot about my lock boxed item and they grabbed it from my cart and proceeded to scan it for me.Before COVID Ive stopped by from time to time for money services and optical and occasional grocery shopping and it was always a madhouse and long lines. The lines are not as bad, but the registers are divided so keep that in mind. They section off part of the store.
