This not a verizon direct store. We were given a lot of misinformation at this store. Had to call customer service to get billing straightened out. We returned 4 devices and the rep stated to her coworker that one of the devices already shown that it was returned in their system. She then asked him was the device packaging opened when it was given to us. They were also going to charge restocking fees for all devices until I asked to speak to a general manager. The phone customer service told us to go to a direct verizon store instead of an indirect store such as this one. These workers need to be retrained. They gave us soo much misinformation.

Rep at this store completely lied and misrepresented what she was selling me. She convinced me that adding a secondary line to my phone would take off $5 per month only. I asked several times if any other charges would be made and she said no. Now my bill is $85 additional charges this month. You can tell when they are lying when they start to get impatient and say things like I am just trying to help you. I should have known at that moment. Do not trust the reps at this store, they are so comfortable lying to your face.

I came in to buy two new iPhones today at 3:10 pm. The young man behind the counter made no eye contact, did not smile, did not greet me. I started to tell him why I came in. He asked for my phone number/started to look up my account. He sent me a text. I said, “ you want me to click on it?” He didn’t answer, just grabbed my phone/started pushing through the various screens, then handed me back my phone/proceeded to go back to looking at his monitor. He snapped at me when I asked if he needed my password. I said, “sorry.” There was no one else in the store btw, no other customer, so he wasn’t busy, but I was patient anyway. I don’t know why really, but i started to feel something wasn’t right here, as I whispered the same to my daughter. He remained silent for quite a few minutes, not explaining why it was taking him so long to find my account, just kept looking at the screen, not speaking or looking at me. So I sat down and picked up a poster that advertised what they were currently offering/waited wondering what was going on because it was taking so long. Finally he said something to the effect of what did I want? Not sure at that point if I still wanted to buy 2 new phones, I asked if he had any promotions currently. He than asked me, “is there something wrong with you, you seem very hostile?” I was shocked and chilled by his question. I said something like, “are you kidding? You’re very rude and this is very poor customer service.” I knew there was another Verizon store close by because as I was getting that bad feeling, I looked it up while I was being ignored and not talked to. We walked out and my daughter said he quickly went to a back office area. She said, “he’s probably going to get his AK47,” in a semi-joking manner. But I thought about her comment later. There are so many crazy people out there. We then went to the Verizon store on Broadway, were greet instantly and my account was looked up in under 10 seconds and available promotions discussed. The two interactions were like night and day. I don’t know what’s wrong with this guy. But I do know I did nothing to cause it. Exercise caution going there. Recommend the Broadway Verizon instead.

The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and her customer service skills superb sales person was Ceci J. She deserves a good that a girl and maybe a bonus. She demonstrated mult tasking with ease and overall A+

Very long process. Verification DRivers License should be good. Went through and manage to set up and get phone activated. Knowledgable sales persons.

I thought I would walk out with a new phone and no. You guys really have an express service. Not even 5 minutes and no options were provided. Only a paper print and a forced “if you have any questions let me know”.
