Erica is soo great with costumer service, really nice conversation maker and nice attitude, I haven't went to a Tillys since 9th grade, in another words, 13 years ago ?? Totally coming back, actually whrn I lose a little more weight soo that I can try more stuff ???

The day that I had arrived at the store I looked at the many things they had set up the front area was very well set up and the many different were very catchy to the eyes there was a great visual presentation . The many shoppers and the many places that you find great running shoes and the many ladies shoes stores you will find them on the many levels at Plaza Bonita one of the many Indoor malls that you will find here in California . I picked a great day to check out many stores and to get the things that I needed for my trip because when you need different shirts for the evening and the morning . I had gone over so many stores there were many that had seen yet there was something That I needed to be more casual and more relaxed . I was going through the many levels in the mall when I had come across a store that had so many things that it had the looks of the many stores at Belmont Park the many shorts and the shirts the different prints and the many styles from they had many things there was also girls clothing . When you have a store that has a little touch of the beach and the many skate parks yet the touch of being in the water you get Tillys one of the best stores that I have seen . The manager of the store had seen me looking around had come over and Introduced herself to me she asked me the many question the things that I was looking I had told her that I was flying to Las Vegas . There were styles that I had purchased in the past that I had found the great styles that Tillys had carried which had surprised the styles of Rip Curl and Oakley and the many print Ts of TIllys that have great graphic design shirts . The great location for Tillys in the mall they have as great mix in student shoppers and their parents the shoe styles and the pant styles are very nice . As a reviewer when you go to Tillys you get the dose of the beach and the skate boarding clothes and the ladies that come to the store also have a great selection of many shorts and tops and the bathing suits they design for women where do women get the best . The day at the store I had seen the many products that are offered by Tillys even the remote control custom drones the adults type toys that shouldn't be used by teens . The customer service was very welcoming and they were very helpful in helping me finding the many styles that I needed hats off to you and your managers .

I wanted to make a shout out to a sales person named Elias that is working at Tilly's. I was looking for a birthday out fit for a friend not having a clue what to buy him. The sales person was folding shirts and even tho he was wearing a mask I know he smiled and asked if I needed help knowing I was lost and confuse. He picked out and outfit for me and treated me like Royaly. LOVE THIS PLACE and I would definitely come back again. Best customer service ever showing how much he really loves his job.

This is the worst store I have ever been to . The people there have bad vibes & no one went to help me until a young lady Nayeli came to help me . She was the only nice one I've ever seen at that store .. too bad I haven't seen her there anymore she gave me a reason to go to the store. The managers are very rude . Wouldn't recommend.

Who in their right mind would hire a manager such as Jasmine for the Panda Express in Plaza Bonita? She is so extremely rude. Yes they are almost closing but to turn your back to a group of people (mu Asian family) trying to order and ask a question? Then she comes back and a simple question such as "do you have vegetables?" And she goes off telling us that everything in front of us is all they have and that she will not have anything cooked anymore. She then says if we are not ordering then to go since there is a line of people waiting? Wtf? I'm sorry but I was shocked to find out she was the manager. Cooperate really need to look into this because she should not be in costumer service. Jasmine, im sorry but you need to stay away from costumers, your simply horrible and thats an understatement.

The staff here was helpful and friendly. There were three people working but they all greeted me and had a positive attitude. A lot of retail stores are lacking that now. The Manager is doing a great job. Keep up the good work.

I experienced the worst kind of service here .After posting a review on yelp.I wouldn't recommend anyone going here! After writing my first review one of the employees decided to make a fake account and harassed me with names. Here is the proof above . I called corporate and they basically didn't do anything and sent me some 20% off coupon that is what nothing! They should really check on who they hire at this store because what the person did was harass me.
