Update: manager contacted me and listened and is handling issue ******returned amazon package was sent to wrong address never arrived in Arizona, package was labeled with someone else's label it was sent to Nebraska!!!

Seems like we have a very hostile person working here, be aware!! Walked in as I was doing a return for Amazon. Right away as soon as I walked in guy I think his name was Erik and called himself a manager. I had a very somple transaction all he had to do is scan the barcode that I was given by amazon for this return. He made a big.deal about a dimple scan and started arguing with me. He told me to email the barcode to the store and got upset because I told him to scan it. Finally he did with this messed up attitude got my boxand threw it on the floor and slamed it. Very unprofessional individual and just looking for an argument and or a fight. I think the DMV would be a better job for him.

Larry is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I go here often and I only have problems when Larry is there. It is to the point if I see him I am walking out. Worst customer service ever!!
