I walked in the shop to see a spotless workplace. Always a good sign. I spoke with Fernando about purchasing 2 tires for my 2019 Ford Escape. He quoted me a good price for new Pirellis with the warranty, maintenance care, and balanced. I had Continentals on the vehicle, but dont recommend them. Too soft, cracking and peeling occured. Going back to Superior for 2 more Pirellis next month. ??

Installed controls arms and provided excellent communication for any questions I asked. Work was performed flawlessly, when another shop installed the incorrect tie rods I was notified and explained thoroughly the mistake that other shop made and offered the correct part as well as a competitive price for the high quality of work. Fernando was completely transparent and easy to work with. Will definitely return for further work on my Silverado.

I believe this a family owned business; and the guys at the shop this morning were super friendly and helpful. Discount Tire would not touch my wheels or even look at the car. However, these guys took the time to find why my wheel/tire was leaking. They found a crack and recommended me to a wheel fix place. Definitely will be returning here for future business. Cash is king here.
