If I could give 0 stars I would they have really bad customer service. They don't even like to help people they tell you that you have to do everything in the app. Are lazy & rude.!!!!

This is my second time going to this store and I'm not inclined to return. I def regretted pt staying with Boost.They were cheaper and I knew what I was getting upfront. I switched to T mobile because I was being deployed and needed coverage. So I'm paying almost double to get to the country and my service doesn't work although it's on the list of serviced countries. My colleagues have service and I don't. Customer service couldn't solve it and we agreed to make my line inactive with my number intact until I returned. I activate it online when I return and the service still doesn't work. Even back in the States. Customer service can't help so I go instore to this location. Damian didn't care to look at me or even pick up my phone. I tell him what's going on and he says, so you're saying that you want to replace this phone?What?? When did I say that?? Clearly not listening. his face was stuck to his tablet this whole time anyway. He looks at my account and tells me someone else has my number. That upsets me very much because I've had this number for 10 years and it's on all my business transactions. I can't get a new number. At all.Damian tells me to take this new sim and borrow someone's phone to call customer service to see if they can restore my number. I say how am I supposed to call someone if I have no phone?He says don't you know anyone in San Diego? I say this is why I came to the store so you can help me. Where's the help? And there are posters everywhere about supporting military where's the support?He snatches the sim from my hand and finally touches my phone to insert it and behold it works. And I have my own number. Bruh. The stress was so unnecessary. I am still upset over this. Now to call them to talk about this bill for a service I never received. I don't think I'll stay with you T mobile. I am very unimpressed!

Yesterday I went to buy a phone for my son. The person who treated me changed my plan without my authorization. I had the ONE Plan, which no longer exists and I changed it to an essentials 4. I have 4 lines. I already spoke to tmobile to report it and tomorrow they agreed to return to my original plan. They have no ethics in this store and I recommend that you better go somewhere else. I had Netflix and high speed internet in Mexico and now it is 128 kpbs. I'll report you to the manager and I hope they fire you. You have no professional ethics and you committed fraud. I will tell you in person and I will not hide behind this simple review! I went yesterday with my son, I hope you remember. I arrived at 8 pm.Today I spoke on the phone with the assistant manager and explained my situation. I'm left to mark theManager today. I will be waiting for your call and will continue with this review.I was waiting for the manager's call and he never called me. Tmobile customer service was able to return me to my old plan (although it no longer existed).If you go to this place, go at your own risk and be aware that there is a possibility that they will do fraudulent things with you. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL FROM THEMANAGER. Let's see if it shows a little integrity on the part of thebusiness that is in charge.

I am writing this review, and given one starI walked into this T-Mobile and they were two employees standing outside, who I thought were on break but we’re not. I was walking into the store when one of the employees was calling me, but I did not hear him when I walked into the store, he walked behind me and told me hey man I was calling you didn’t you hear me I said, no, sir I thought you were on break he proceeded to say what did I want? I told him that I was there to pay a bill. He went to the back, came out a few minutes later, and said he will help you. He just walked off and went up to one of the stores and bought a soda pop. Seconds later, a gentleman came out and asked. If he can help me, I said yes I then told him about the gentleman. And he said oh sorry we’ve been under a lot of stress. I am a loyal T-Mobile customer. But if rude is the menu of the day, then I don’t want to be part of it.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would.This is a franchise location and not a corporate location. Please do not go here. They will tell you they’re “franchise” and aren’t capable of doing certain things for you, most likely because they don’t want to.Went to the store in November for a glass protector replacement. Was told “we don’t carry glass protectors for anything that’s not iPhone 15”. Decided to upgrade my phone. Was told I qualified and all it was going to do was upgrade my military plan and I just needed to “change my phone number” but nothing would change. (Should’ve known better). They changed my phone number and I got my new phone, just to find out when I called customer care to verify my bill, that that was not the case at all. They instead, suspended my old phone number and created a brand new line for me. This cause my old line to be charged 10/per device on suspension until it gets shut off, which is 2-3 years. So I was going to get an additional 20/monthly to my bill and not even know it. And because they “changed my phone number”, my new number was no longer qualified for the promotion or my new phone. But by then, I had already sent in my trade in phone that was paid off… I had to spend the next month getting follow up calls from customer care to correct all the stuff that was worked on my account.I also was told there was a “new modem” for the home WiFi, which somehow ended up costing me more money monthly. They also couldn’t help me return it. Told me T-Mobile would contact me 2-3 months from when I swapped devices and give me a return label. That was also false information that customer care corrected for me.And today, I found out the same thing happened to a friend of mine when he went in to upgrade his phone. You leave an upset review and all they’ll say in response is “Hi, I’m the owner. I’m sorry we could not live up to your expectations when you came by.”Please just spend that extra time and search for a corporate store. It’ll be worth your time and money to not come to this location. And steer clear of Armando.

Was stopped outside the store by Joel that was under a tent, to be asked if I was going to T-Mobile, I replied yes that I was there to return a home internet device. He turned me away and informed me that they were unable to return it at that store because they’re a franchise and use a different system. T-Mobile corporate locations and franchise locations all use the same tapestry system, this was a will issue. I was sent over to the nearest corporate location to return. Unfair to direct full paying customers to neighboring stores for a simple return.

No vayan! Engañan a la gente, te dicen que si a todo y al final ellos ponen lo que les conviene. Ya cuando te llega tu bill alto te das cuenta. No tienen idea que cuanto me arrepiento de cambiarme a T-movil

Went in the other day to open a new line and Edwin helped me. He was amazing and very knowledgeable. He was very friendly and patient with me as I was having issues with an ear blockage that was messing with my hearing and even my comprehension so he had to repeat himself a few times.As far as the actual service goes, it’s way better than expected. This was a business line I opened because my phone from AT&T is always having signal issues even on the most recent iPhone so now that is just my personal line. I compared the 2 side by side in a couple places that I have issues with and the T-Mobile phone was extremely faster than the AT&T one with stronger signal. I highly recommend T-Mobile and if you go to this location ask for Edwin

Came in to get a screen protector installed. They did that, but charged me for an extra $50 screen protector that I didn’t buy. They also did it monthly installments rather than me paying it fully upfront without asking. We didn’t realize the extra $50 charge until we got home and got the email receipt, so we went back. Upon walking in, we were greeted with a “hello I will be right with you” like usual. Then another lady walked in behind us about 2 minutes later and when the greeter got done with the first customer, skipped over us to go help her. All we needed was a refund, the other lady was trying to figure out which phone she wanted and was obviously going to take longer. We never got asked what we were in for or anything. Another worker in there remembered me from earlier in the day and came to ask who helped me previously and then walked away without another word. We finally got everything figured out but I will never be returning to this store.

Ok so the release of the iPhone 15 came out and I wanted to get it but the first T-mobile store I went to kept wanting me to buy a bundle. They told me I could not just buy the phone so I ended up going to this location where I was helped by a girl named Jennifer! She is the reason for my 5 star rating because she didn’t ask me any nonsense questions and try to upsell me on unnecessary things I did not wanna buy. I really enjoyed her customer experience because she was so fast and thorough! Honestly if I’m ever gonna upgrade my phone I literally just want to go to her PERIOD!
