Horrible customer service. Went to buy a pair of shoes and was charged $20 more than what price was marked. They claimed shoe was marked wrong and refused to honor price. Never going back

So many great shoes here! Selection is pretty good and they have competitive prices. They even had a newly dropped pair of Nikes that dropped this morning and sold out online. Staff was super customer service oriented. Diego and another young lady helped us out. We will surely come back here.

False advertisement!!! If I could give zero stars I would! So i went into shoe palace and they had some shoes advertised that looked like woman and men shoes right in the front of the store and I picked one for 39.98 and after already having several difficulties with me telling them I needed a size 9 1/2 w to a size 10 repeated that multiple times to two different girls and never once did they say it was a kid shoe and even told them I was trying it on myself and still she didn't mention that it was a kids shoe or that the proce would change. After I try on the shoe for 39.98 the all white low top Nike shoe I decide to get them because it was only 39 but when I got to checkout they charged me more than what the shoe tag said how much it cost and then proceeded to tell me that all the shoes in the front are kid shoes and that because she picked a kid shoe the price changed my daughter even went to grab the shoe with the tag on it in the front and showed them the shoe and said isn't this the one your getting i said yes so why is the price more and the lady once again Said that's a kids shoe this is false advertisement at its finest beware this store !!

12/01/21. 9pm Sales person "Paris" had such a bad attitude. My son and I had been walking at plaza Bonita mall trying to find the shoes of his liking. When we walked into "Shoe Palace: We weren't greeted at the door.. when my son asked her for a shoe size and she acted very cold almost engorging his request. I was busy looking for another pair of shoes for my older son and when I found one I asked her for help. I said "excuse me do you have this shoe? " she looked at me and then looked away.. " I said excuse me again" and she looked at me for a second and said: "I heard you.." even though that chops my hide I kept my composer and waited patiently. I looked at my son and was like wow such a bad attitude this person has. I don't think I will ever return here. I felt neglected and disrespected. I don't think anyone should be treated this way.

Came in for exchange, seems like I was bothering everyone that was working. I asked for two sizes in different pairs and without even checking, answer was I don't have it. Again, two different sizes, two different pairs. I was real surprised, seem like they know every single mode and size available. Not my first bad experience, this is why I'm writing review now.

Came in to see what they had in stock was greeted all friendly until I asked about the raffle. Then manager started getting super rude and gave attitude. Don't you understand we want shoes just as bad as you lol can't get mad at simple questions.

Such a great atmosphere, I love going to shoe palace in plaza Bonita, all the members are very helpful, I'm there at least once a week Keanna, Ken, And Franklin have the best customer service I have experienced compared to any other shoe store I shop at, and I shop at many! Thanks shoe palace plaza Bonita for always being on point!!!

Some of the worse service I've received here. Was not greeted at all. My family stood around waiting for someone to help us while we were looking at shoes and nobody came. Stood at the register and was barely spoken to by the guy ringing me up. Mind you I use to work here so I know how the service standards are, and this was far from it. Also as we were in the store some man was walking around without a mask and no employees said anything to him. I grabbed what I came for and left. We weren't even acknowledged when we left. Not impressed.

These people are SCAMMERS when it comes to raffles! I believe they throw away all the tickets to be able to keep/buy the shoes up for raffle for themselves! My boyfriend and I are on a discord for sneakers and NOBODY won the raffle for this store for the Jordan 1s university blues. This is ridiculous!! Not everyone wants to resell, some of us actually want to keep and wear our shoes. Super disappointed and I will be letting higher ups know about this.

I entered a raffle at this place for some Jordan's and gave them my info and filled out a raffle ticket, they called me the next to to tel me I won and to pick them up the very next day, and when I did they told me they didn't have them anymore. Someone else went in there and bought them without the workers checking their ticket of info to see if it even matched what they had in their system. They had to call another store to see if they had an extra pair. Didn't even bother to offer me a discount or anything, if they have a system in place for shoes, why not stick to it? What a waste of time dealing with them.

If I could put 0 stars, I WOULD TOTALLY PUT 0. I took my brand new white NMD'S to get cleaned because I had alcohol spilled on it. And they totally ruined my shoes!!! They messed up the fabric on the shoe from the brush they used. Totally f****d up my $130 shoes I just got. Shouldn't you know what type of shoes your dealing with before you start cleaning them? And yet they stilled charged for their f**k up! NEVER GET YOUR SHOES CLEANED HERE. TOTAL waste of $15 and $130 down the drain as well.
