“I'm surprised this location doesn't have all 5 star reviews as I've been banking with them since 2016 and not once ever had a bad experience. The reason I hoped on here is to give Davis and Anthony (mainly Davis though because he's the one who assisted my husband and I the entire time, Anthony came in at the end to review everything looked correct and he was very nice as well). Shout out to Davis for being an exemplary example of what EVERY BUSINESS SHOULD HAVE AS PART OF THEIR TEAM!!! He was polite, kind, listened, excellent feedback and made our experience beyond positive! We didn't have an appointment and were seen right away. He explained in detail our options and didn't push or rush us into anything. He watched my husband and I discuss our concerns, waited patiently as we made a few phone calls before making a decision. We will continue bringing our business to this location as we are always treated as friends and family. Upper management if you're reading this: please train all other employees to follow Davis Example. You will gain many more loyal customers.”

Truth is, he was taking care of customers back to back while the other lines were running so SLOW. Bottom line, he really deserves a raise for doing the job of at least two employees. “I come to this location frequently and it's always busy. The lines are always long it takes a bit of time. As a disabled Individual it gets frustrating because I'm not able to stand in long lines like that. Today I walked in and seen about 20 patrons obviously it's Rent time. I thought to myself I'm going to be in pain standing here. I was completely shocked by how fast the line was getting down in minutes Abagail and her fellow co worker were awesome and I was thankful with the speedy service and excellent customer service I received from her. She answered my questions and I was also watching her take care of other customers prior to me having all their answers to their questions. I appreciate employees like herself Adequate service. Easy access, parking,.ATMs outside but well-lit and a lower one for wheelchairs and walkers; also a lowered counter and regular chairs at teller windows.”

“Have to say I love this bank. Yes, sometimes the line is long, but that's how it always is with banks. They have a nice lobby with comfortable chairs, I wish the television worked more often. The people working at their desks are very attentive. We couldn't get another bank to open an account for my son, but BofA did. The security guard is friendly. The bank is in a residential area off 8th, so it's a very cozy atmosphere. Compared to the Chase up the street, no brainer, this is the bank for us. The only thing they lack is a drive through, but it's an old fashioned bank and I don't mind parking and walking inside. ATMs are usually clean and working. I give this bank a thumbs up.”

“Every time I come into this branch I'm greeted with great customer service. Today I received some thing in the mail that set apart Lourdes, and this branch from every other bank I've ever think that, or entered. A little backstory, I don't ever take my kids into the bank I always make sure I have accommodations for them but last month I did not have a choice and had to take and three toddlers with me. The line was long but each teller was doing their part and keeping the flow consistent. When I got to the teller, Lourdes saw how I was struggling a bit and gave each one of my babies a sticker which helped keep them calm so that we could finish my transaction. Today I checked my mail and received this thank you card along with additional stickers. When I tell you I am speechless, I am speechless! This is customer service that goes above and beyond is there a standard and I am so grateful that she thought about us! God bless you Lourdes!!!”
