Bad service, took advantage of last min callers. I was in need of a tow asap to the auto shop before they closed. When i called they told me 200 for the tow and they will definitely have my vehicle at the shop before 5pm. Once they arrive the guy says he has to charge me extra for the reason they will be stuck in traffic coming back . So from 200 it went to 380 . The time was around 3ish and the auto shop closes at 5. I was left with no choice , no time to look for another tow service so i said ....just tow it please asap . Well i was told from the auto shop that the tow got there barely in time to get it park inside. Came to find out that after they picked up my vehicle they went straight to the auto shop. A friend of mine took a picture of the tow driver with my truck towed parked at Sam's club.I guess he has urgent grocery shopping to do at my expense.

My brother locked his keys in his car so we tried to schedule a lockout. Armando said he would do it and then proceeded to ignore our calls. Don’t even bother. Use Angelo’s instead. They rushed right over and offered a better price. Pretty disappointed Armando chose to leave someone stranded rather than turn down the job from the beginning. A simple no would have sufficed.
