A very large clean store with large items. Large selection. There price tags are large but. They take 15% to 50% off ticket price for the items there some amount of time. Any item there over 4 weeks is 50% off and every 100$ spent is automatically 15% off. I hadn't known till I checked out. My monkey ? picture was 25.00 and at check out was only $12.50. So I was pleasantly surprised. Was meant to be. Everything I saw was of high quality. And they are one of a kind pieces. I believe donations are for charity work as well. So I had a pretty good experience. I've been wanting to go and I'm gonna go again

This store has very limited stock and they over price everything. Compared to the KM store it seems like a completely different mind set. The prices are in the area of RIDICULOUS. They want $400 for a rusty power tool that was left out in the rain for years. Furniture and appliances are also crazy expensive. Strange that they're in a poor community and the prices are higher than Kearny Mesa

Very very clean store. George and Mekiah were very very helpful and super kind. Checkout and loading was an easy process thanks to the volunteers!

I know full well that your policy is no returns, and that makes perfect sense if the merchandise leaves the store. I understand why that's the policy. But my wife was in there earlier today and realized she'd bought the wrong thing while she was STILL AT THE REGISTER but you'd already run her card. Your clerk was STILL PACKING HER STUFF when she told him what happened. In that moment, your guy had the chance to do the right thing. instead, he and the other two employees said "No returns" and were pretty rude to my wife until she left the store. I probably wouldn't have cared to bother writing this review except for two reasons: 1. You're associated with one of my favorite charities, who I would not expect this sort of treatment from, and 2. My wife is the sweetest person on the planet, and your staff damn near made her cry with how rude they were. Even if they weren't going to budge on the policy, they didn't have to be jerks. You'll probably either ignore this review or come on here defending your policy and your staff. I don't really expect to get our money back. But I can assure you that our $40 order has lost you FAR more than $40 in goodwill. I will tell this story to everyone I know in the construction/home improvement industry, and if even one of them goes elsewhere, I'll consider that my refund. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.

Its a nice habitat. Clean and friendly. Furniture & doors mostly. If youre a hardware and vintage hound like me, this store is not so much.

The customer service was odd . Did not know who worked there. I was speaking to my sister and I said out loud who works here some lady answered I do had questions about Donating she was short hopefully me messaging them get some where.

RESTROOM OUT OF ORDER OR JUST NOT FOR CUSTOMERS!?!? Stopped by "in military unform" to use the restroom and do some posible shopping and ask about volunteering as i had volunteered there in the past. By my appearance i was obviously not a vagrant looking to ttash thier bathroom. The lady at the front was nice but told me that the restroom was not for customers but i told her that i was not a customer but wanted to volunteer for community hours. She told me to talk to Bridget at the counter. Bridget then yells me that the restroom was out of order so i walk out and tell the nice lady that Bridget says its "out of order". Held my demeanor until i got out to the car to write this review. Went to Emmas Pancakes across the street where i was treated with more respect.

This place is a great place, I was making a donation at the National City store, I was helped by Junior, Great guy, very helpful, Junior told me how much donations benefit San Diego Habitat, I learned alot about this place, I will be back to donate more and of course to see whats for sale, great items and Great prices!!
