The customer service has been great in most Salon centric expect Burbank store, the manger there gets thumbs down from me.

The girls are always sweet and helpful, always a nice greeting when you walk in, they check on you as you venture around the store, and a nice farewell when you checkout, I always feel comfortable shopping here.
