Nice staff, but super crowded, tiny waiting room. The area wasn’t the greatest. Despite having an appt, I left because of how crazy it was.

Do not come to this clinic for your blood work! Absolutely horrendous how they only have such few people on staff. It’s not their fault but the company or whoever is managing this place must be replaced ASAP! They clearly do not care about patients time!

I came here for my 16 week pregnancy lab work. I normally go to Sharp labs but for whatever reason they sent me to quest. Upon finding the lab it was a fairly easy check in. Very straightforward. However, once I was taken back, my lab technician would not stop coughing. She did have a mask, but she was very very loud and would not stop coughing and kept having to take water breaks. There was no other lab technician. when it came to my blood draw, I know my veins are not very easy. She set everything up and right about when she was gonna poke me she started coughing again and again. Where she had to take off her gloves, step away, come back re-sanitize, and try again. She poked my right arm and no blood came out, she wiggled the needle back and forth, and was fishing for my veins with no avail. I had to tell her to stop because of the pain and how long my arm was already tightened with the band around it. she tried my left arm and immediately found a vein. There should be more lab technicians at this office. It was very unprofessional to have one that was very sick and could not stop coughing in front of all the patients. They should also not be fishing for veins, now, my arms are very bruised instead of her, just looking on the left arm to begin with

Am not surprised at the low stars here. I came in today waited 40 minutes past my appointment time and then when I’m finally called to take my blood the lady is beyond sick! She’s coughing every 20 to 30 seconds! Even coughing while taking my blood. I’m pregnant and have had horrible morning sickness and have not left the house this first trimester! My man has done all the groceries shopping and errands. This is the only place I’ve been exposed to and I was here for so long and had to deal with someone who is clearly sick and now I’m sick with a runny nose not even a day later. You guys are health care professionals if y’all are sick you should stay home! Because now I am coming home sick to a three year old and one year old and Christmas is eight days away! The only place I’ve been this week and you guys accomplished getting my family sick before the holidays thank you . Very unprofessional

Location is packed with people in a small waiting room, waited 20 minutes past my appointment time, continued to wait once I was back there for another 15 minutes. Also little to no privacy. The only positive is the people working here were nice.

Great fast service for walk in if you forgot to schedule an appointment, or missed your appointment, their staffs are friendly and knowledgable to help you with the self check in kiosk, even if the machine said no more appointments today, they could still put you on stand by list, and they will call you like 15 mins as long as your name in the system.

This location is very very busy. Made an appointment and waited over 30 minutes past the appointment time before being seen.There were also lots of people on standby who probably have to wait for hours.Not the staff's fault, as they were friendly and efficient, but seems there were just overbooked. It was also unclear how many phlebotomists they have as there was a range between 2-5 being served at a time.

Very disappointed and upsetting!!! My Mom had an appointment there, scheduled it on their automated calling system, and they didn't find her appointment on their system. It was crowded, overbooked and understaffed!!! People with set appointments were waiting for an hour to be seen, wow! What's the use of setting appointments if they can't meet them. There is no receptionists to answer people's questions!!! Their waiting area looks like those of a third world country and doesn't have enough seats for their clients. Many people were standing... Poor guest service!!! This place needs to be closed down.... Reviews shows up from 1* star to 5 stars*****, honestly, I give this place a BIG FAT NEGATIVE 10. And that's me being generous. This place should stop prioritizing $$$profit and work on ways to improve a lot of stuff.

Don't come here if you want a speedy test or to actually have your appointment on time. I left 30 mins past my appointment. the waiting room is tiny and packed with no ventilation. no thanks!

This place is terrible...we scheduled an appointment and still waited over 30 minutes just for my wife to drink a glucose drink. She was told to wait an hour after that for her blood test and the phlebotomist said, "Remind me when the time is up just in case I forget." Uhhhh, okay lol so we did and then ended up waiting another 15 minutes after reminding her to do her job, which literally took 30 seconds. They weren't friendly at all either. These people really suck at their job and seem extremely unorganized.

I would like to commend Gloria of Quest National City for her superb performance as a Phlebotomist. She is very knowledgeable about her job. She's very pleasant, no pain and quickly done. She is also courteous and very friendly.

Not a good location they make you wait a very long time, I waited for a scheduled appointment and I waited 3 hours. Something has to change and the employees are rude and not caring at all

These places are always slammed packed, and never have anyone working the front counter , the way they run quest diagnostics should be illegal , once you leave here you will need a anger counselor and anxiety medicine.

Staffs are very impolite lately. As a client for 10 yrs. I found Quest new employees totally lack of good morals especially to seniors, people with disability. To those without appt. And have been waiting for several hours at least inform the least waiting time. Those with appt. They don’t come in one time. Do alternate is it a big deal.

Worst experience ever. I can tolerate a line, but waiting over 2 hours in their small (and dirty) waiting room for my blood to be drawn is unacceptable. There is no friendly customer service at this facility and there was no apology made to those of us who were in the waiting room. And we all made appointments online! Best advice is to choose another location for your lab tests.
