The girl named Ashley was really helpful , nice & was very patient helping me choose ballon's for my event . I would recommend this location for great customer service. I was helped this weekend.

Tried to return two unopened halloween accessories. They were not originally bought at this location… but they said they couldn’t return it here. If that statement is true, it should state that on the receipt. No where does it say that on there. Workers were rude and unhelpful, didn’t even care to try to help us out or even explain.They also kept talking to each other while i was trying to ask a question and while other people needed help. Do better.

I wanted to post a review directly to Party City and here, first of all this store has the best service in San Diego bar none, Michael Martin the store manager has the best service (managers take note) I went in looking for a single Halloween Mask and he went above and beyond to find this item until he did huge thank you to him and this branch’s employees. Oh and I visited this same location on two other occasions and twice I had great service. 10/10

Upon arriving at Party City, I initially felt overwhelmed by the vast array of options. However, my worries faded when I discovered a sale on the largest balloon I desired. Autumn and Angelica truly stood out with their remarkable assistance and knowledge. Their kindness, patience, and interaction with my son were heartwarming gestures that made a significant impact. As someone dealing with severe anxiety, their positive energy created a welcoming atmosphere that I deeply appreciated. I’m eager to return to Party City, thanks to these exceptional ladies. They deserve a higher rating for their outstanding efforts. A heartfelt thank you for ensuring my comfort and making my family’s experience memorable.

I was there tonight just trying to exchange my Mother's Day balloon bouquet because the main balloon was deflated and I actually wanted a rainbow bouquet. Little did I know this was not possible because seasonal items cannot be returned. Not even red heart balloons, which I did not even know were seasonal. Well, this happened after the cashier had already taken back my bouquet and sent me to different isles thinking I can exchange the balloons for whatever I wanted!! So I got mad and said it was stupid to send me on a wild goose chase thinking I could make the return when it was never possible to begin with!! Why get my hopes up!? Well here come Darryl the Lead (but he thinks he is the manager) AND YELLS TO ME THAT I DON'T NEED TO BE RUDE AND THAT I AM STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM STUPID FOR WANTING TO EXCHANGE SEASONAL BALLOONS!!! Like I should be an expert!!! Unbelievably poor service, that guy is just begging to get fired!

On March 31, I went into party city in national city. I spoke with an employee and I was told to go to the cashier and pay, and then they would help me pick out my balloons. Well, I ended up with the same lady. She was very nice very courteous very professional very helpful. I ended up spending almost $62 on balloons, the party was the next day which was April 1 for my great grandson's third birthday party. I had the balloons delivered when the delivery guy delivered the balloons. My daughter noticed that one of the big balloons of Mickey Mouse was laying on the ground so once we took the bag off, yes it was a popped balloon, so I called the store and once again, I got the same lady because I recognize her voice and I verified her name, she said that she would send out another big balloon. after getting off the phone with her The balloons were just sitting there minding their own business and they started popping so I called back to the store. I got the same lady and she told me well what do you want me to do? I don't know why they're popping, and then I got the rudeness out of that same very courteous employee from the other times I spoke with her. It ended up that only the balloons that were Myler . They stayed up in the air, the other balloons just flopped all over my backyard. I'm very disappointed with Party City. I'm very disappointed with the representative who could've offered to give me my money back cause I took pictures of it, I will never ever order regular balloons from party city either something was wrong with their balloons. Maybe there were old or maybe they didn't put enough air in them because they never stood up in the air only the Myler ones did.

I went into this store with hopes of purchasing an Easter Bunny costume for our Big Church event , I called beforehand, and they told me the costume was in stock. As I entered the store, I heard the cashier say welcome to party city as she was ringing up her customer. I then looked around and saw an employee stocking behind the counter so I asked him where could I find this costume, He told me it was in the first isle and that the manager could help me. I find the costume sealed in the box. I ask the manager did she have one open so that I could see what I was buying. 100.00 costume. She proceeded to open the box but told me not to open the bag where the costume was in. I told her how can I see the costume if it is in the bag. She again told me not to open the sealed bag. I put the box back and simply walked out. The worst customer service from the man who could not take a moment to help me to the manager who is clueless when it comes to customer service. What a waste of time. By the way the store was very clean but Bad Customer service can easily close those doors in a blink of an eye. I will also call corporate office to let them know of my bad experience today.
