I had a conversation with Hector (If you can call yelling at me a conversation) He is a person with a very bad attitude .This person has no customer service, I don't know what he’s doing working as a costumer representative. The rudest person I have ever talked to over the phone. This dude thinks he owns the company , he is absolutely confused. Never recommending One Main Financial to anybody.

Everything went smoothly, but it got hectic when you kept asking for different documentation instead of everything at once. Then, I didn't particularly appreciate working with a specific individual who should have explained what documentation was needed. While she was working with me, this individual took time off and left me in a bind. You were asking for different documents, and I had questions and had to go through the system to get the answers I needed, which was tedious. I couldn't get in touch with her to get an understanding, which wasn't fair to me. When you're in the process of doing something so essential, the individual you're working with shouldn't take time off while you are working with a client. She should have finished with me or whoever she was working with and then took time off. Then, that way, it would have been easier for the client instead the apologies when she returned; when applying for a loan, big or small, you want individuals who will continue to walk you through the process, not start, and then you have to wait until they return after taking time off. That wasn't fair to me.

Just had a bad experience with a woman named Linda, had attitude and was not listening to me. I had a personal loan before and i paid it off. Needed another loan but this time they only approve me for a car loan. Funny how i just paid that off and thats all they can offer me. Their sneeky. Well stupid me i did now I regret it. Never again. Please look at what your signing and if they are not nice don't budge.

Do Not Use This Financial Company, They will say you are approved run your credit and then someone will call you ask you questions and determine based off their own personal assessment if you are approved.

Unless you're dying and this loan will save your life then you should loan with this company then file for bankruptcy. This business is designed to put you in severe debt. You will end up paying 3x what you loaned. It's insane. The law really needs to put some regulations on this business. I'm taking them to court. I loaned 23k so far paid them over 37,200 and still owe them 19k.

Horrible experience, Manager Ruben did not have the patience and customer service to explain the application process, instead he started arguing, didn't know how to handle customer questions!

Horrible customer service. Never would I trust getting a loan through these people just based on the experience I just had. I believe the agents name is Reugina or whatever but she's extremely rude. Horrible experience.

The person I dealt with directly, was Alexander Arambula, Branch Manager.He would not take "no" as an answer. Regardless how many times I had to say it. He kept trying to upsell me their "version" of insurance, I politely declined three times, and he straight up asked me what was my reason was for saying no, and still could not accept that I just did not want it. He would not drop it. And after I said no, he used my past experiences against me. I was on disability for some time a few years back, and on unemployment, most recently because of covid-19, just absolutely disgusting technique to win me over. Kept saying since I had experience those things already, I should get their "insurance", everyone else has gotten it, could not believe I did not want it, etc. And still, after saying "no" more than enough times, he made sure to let me know that I "was the first to not get it, especially at a time like this" with a condescending tone.Another thing, he was very annoyed when I was reading my paperwork on the computer screen before signing. Why? As he went through the pages, he briefly described what it says, and then told me to sign, but I chose to read it for myself first. I could feel him tensing up, like an attitude was building. He just kept saying, "I already told what this says, just sign." Extremely shady and concerning. And last, but not least, he specifically said payments can only be made directly with them, taken out monthly for a certain monthly amount. And if I wanted to make another payment, or pay more, I would have to call them and set one up. Which is funny, because when I got home, a few hours later, I received an email directly from the company that I can make online payments through my online account, that I had to set up in the beginning.My only regret was not cussing him out and putting him in check.And he's a "Branch Manager".
