I really wanted to give Mr. Ezra credit for being so professional and committed to his job/customers. Truth is, he was taking care of customers back to back while the other lines were running so SLOW. Bottom line, he really deserves a raise for doing the job of at least two employees. Two thumbs up because I was in a rush and every other employee was taking their time

Worst managed navy federal branch in San Diego. Manager doesn't seem to have good coordination skills. It's extremely understaffed during busy periods. Waits are unreasonably long. Baby Federal corporate should reconsider this branch manager.

I would really like to give Navy Federal five stars but the reason that I can't is because some of the employees there are not very knowledgeable in their departments . I came there to buy out a lease with Nissan . But to my chagrin the employee botched my loan three times . They even went as far as to report three auto loans to the three credit bureaus which made my credit score from 780 go down to a 650 . There are some knowledgeable employees there I just happen to get the worst ones . I'm currently disputing all the mistakes that they've made and I'm praying to God that they correct them . So I'll wait and hope that they correct their mistakes and then maybe I can give them five stars . I also notice that if you bring a mistake that you see up to one of the representatives they take it personally . No one is perfect and we all are human but to make me feel bad for catching a mistake that would affect my credit it's not very professional or nice . Navy Federal please please train your people properly. The more train they are the less mistakes they will make God bless

These bank tellers think they’re financial advisors! If you know so much why u still working for other people?went in to print a check for a car and the teller told my friend it wasn’t a good deal, so he cancelled. He couldn’t get a better rate anywhere else and he lost the opportunity on that car. Even the worker on the phone told him the interest rate and payment was good!!!!

These bank tellers are so unfriendly at this location only! Worst customer service. They act like they don’t like their job except for the Filipina woman she’s always happy and smiling. SDCCU bank tellers are way better and way friendly!

I came in on Tuesday around 12pm and Rita was my teller. I came to deposit cash into my account and Rita was very Rude to me. I work in a restaurant and my cash was sticky. And Rita was making it seem like my fault. Definitely not coming back to this navy federal.

Never had an issue with them and I’ve been banking with NFCU for 18 years. Yes sometimes this location is busy but what do you expect? People need to stop complaining or go somewhere else. Simple as that.

Will not be coming to this location anymore. Tellers literally don't care the line is always out the door. Everytime I need a rent check I have to wait like 20 minutes or longer in line. I get it's all about customer service at the counter but seriously could speed it up a bit and care about us always waiting to be helped. No one at this location has a sense of urgency.

I come to this location frequently and it's always busy. The lines are always long it takes a bit of time. As a disabled Individual it gets frustrating because I'm not able to stand in long lines like that. Today I walked in and seen about 20 patrons obviously it's Rent time. I thought to myself I'm going to be in pain standing here. I was completely shocked by how fast the line was getting down in minutes Abagail and her fellow co worker were awesome and I was thankful with the speedy service and excellent customer service I received from her. She answered my questions and I was also watching her take care of other customers prior to me having all their answers to their questions. I appreciate employees like herself Adequate service. Thank you for making my day.

This is the worst navy federal location for everything, ATM theres 3 and only 1 works all the time !! Inside takes for ever been in there for about 45 min just to make a deposit

Do not do business with this credit union. You will lose money and get NOTHING but excuses from them. I will NEVER recommend them.

Absolute worst customer service!! Yolanda, the manager at this branch is clueless!! The line is out the door and they literally have one cashier available. Complete joke!! Hire a manager that can handle the branch and get the line moving!
