Great dealership! Henry Samaniego is the real definition of customer service. After my frustration with the call center on trying to figure out my issue I decided to drive up to Nissan to seek for help I knew the issue was very minor though it was a couple minutes before closing Henry received me with a big smile and willing to help me. The issue was fixed and I am so grateful for people like him that make life easier on rough days.

Brought my Nissan in for an oil change and to check a loose connection. Wanted over $1200 for extra maintenance and repairs that cost my husband less than $50 in parts to do. This place tries to Rip Off people. We knew better; but "buyer beware"!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Service Advisor Cesar Martinez. He made sure I had transportation before and after I dropped off my Pathfinder for service and he went out of his way to keep me informed of the progress of my vehicle every step of the way. He was so courteous and very kind. I would recommend anyone working with Cesar when they visit Mossy Nissan National City. Thanks Cesar!

Cesar is always my go to service advisor. I do not like to work with anyone but him because he is so friendly and really knows his stuff. I feel 100% confident and comfortable every time I leave my maxima with him. He always goes above and beyond. Mossy you guys found yourselves a gem!

For the coffee in the waiting area, please have coffee lids for the cups. Also, if the mechanic is going to take a lunch break, please inform the customer and have another mechanic take their place for the work they were doing.
