Highly recommend Mossy Collision. I have come here a few times with several vehicles and have always left happy. Thankfully I’ve only been here a handful of times but over the past 12years I’ve come here. The level of service, respect, and professionalism provided by Oscar Mendoza has always been amazing. The shop team is very professional as well and does just outstanding and quality service and repair. Just earlier I had my side mirror fixed, repainted and back to me the same day and it turned out exactly as I hoped. Just amazingly. Twice before my wife was rear ended by distracted motorists speeding and of course on their cell phones. Both times her car was taken in and returned back to us just like new again. We were kept updated durning the whole process and were so happy because they found damage we didn’t realize and were able to also fix it as well. They made sure before we left we were satisfied and ensured us that if there was any issues at all to just call and bring the car back. But every time the vehicles have been always 100%. I also was recently rear ended by a young lady in a lifted 4 runner when she was trying to back up out of a spot and hit my front bumper pretty well to cause multiple crush points in and around my grill, bumper, and headlight assembly. Of course I did not think it was to bad but gladly I spoke to Oscar and made sure because there was quite a bit of damage caused by her hitch receiver. Oscar has always been my go to guy and has always made sure everything has gone smooth as can be with the repairs and always made sure I left a satisfied and happy customer. Highly highly recommend this shop for great and quality repair work.The level of service here is outstanding and will always be the shop I come to along with my family and even several others I have recommended here. I will never take my car back there again I definitely feel discriminated . I arrived there I guess because I wasn't in my nursing outfit and I had my gym clothes on and I guess I didn't look like I had any money I was pretty much told that they really can deal with my vehicle because they're very booked . I'd already had my appointment that I was waiting for almost a week they seen the insurance policy that I had then all the sudden they made room for me .The first initial meeting I was speaking with Oscar the manager and they made it seem like my car is so horrible that the engine is completely smashed in that this is going to take a month repair. I literally got hit from the side of my bumper and Fender and it was not even more than 6 inches deep.I was told that from other places it would be a four day job. To make a long story short when they seen the insurance policy I had all the sudden they were able to get me in then I let them know I was a nurse so their perspective changed different. long story short they had my car for close to a month they did not fix the car initially correctly.They got more money from my insurance company for this noise that they said that they would fix that never got fixed then Oscar was being so unprofessional,rude mean.speaking Spanish yo thr receptionist when her English was better thrn mine. I got a bad feeling. Stupidly I just decided to continue when I should have just left upon the first meeting. Oscar pretty much eluded that I'm just some greedy ungrateful customer trying to get free stuff out of their company, when I told them the reason why I came to a certified Honda place was because I wanted to get the noise address as well as the bumper. The fact that for some reason you guys had my car for a month and no one can hear this loud turning noise was disgusting. he made a big deal about giving me a loaner vehicle for 2 day but i pay for a over 1000k in a loner vehicle for a job that could take less than one week mine you they had my car for almost a month. They defrauded my insurance company into giving them a check for over $3,300 . I will never return there again. Me and Tony bump heads initially the estimator but then after there was a miscommunication he was very pleasant I didn't like however that he did not respond to my email but he was way more nicer than Oscar .which redeem himself to me. George the estimator was also helpful and very respectful. As far as the work they know what they're doing but I would have saved myself much more money time and headache going somewhere else it just wasn't worth it .if I were you I would stay far away from them company oscar the manager is extremely condescending and unprofessional he spoke to me like I was just scum. I would not recommend them I had to end up paying money out of my own pocket and buying my own axle when I was told it was my tire rod .had I known that this was the noise i was concern with and the axle needed to be fixed for the noise that I was addressing .I would have not took my car there and save me thousands of dollars this company ran by oscar is SHADY!!!!!

This place has the worse follow through ever. Definitely lacking attention to detail. I keep calling to get my repairs finished because they were not totally completed even after I pointed out the issues. Now I keep getting the a bunch if excuses. At this point my insurance company has recommended I don't even finish with this company and have a different place finish.

Oscar is great at what he does! He made sure that the job done on my car was exceptionally completed. He went above and beyond to provide me excellent customer service. My car was in the shop for collision damage and he made sure to address all of the dents and damages. Oscar truly values his customers and makes sure that all of their needs are met. They worked with my insurance so that my car came out of the shop as soon as possible and in excellent quality! Super satisfied and definitely recommended!

I required a small repair on my Xterra that a previous body shop had failed to attend to. Wanting it done correctly, I sought out Nissan Collision Center in National City. A quick phone call to Tony confirmed it could be done quickly and easily. When I arrived, Tony helped me immediately and assured me it would be done within an hour. Perhaps less than 30 minutes later, Tony told me that the repair was completed but he also wanted to show me something else. When the technician had raised the hood of the car, he found that a number of locking clips - previously removed by the previous body shop - hadn't been replaced. Tony had it done for my car, no extra charge. Further, when it came to totaling up my bill, Tony charged me 40% less than what he'd quoted me over the phone. I was extremely happy with both the quality and attention to detail of the work done to my Xterra. Tony was an absolute excellent model of what all automotive technicians and supervisors should strive to be. Should I need further body work on my car, I know to go only to Nissan Collision Center in National Center, and I'll ask for Tony. I strongly recommend these folks if you should need body work done to your car or truck.

It took me days before and gave Jorge enough time before I took some of my time to write this review I was recommended by the wife of my boss being good friends with the owner wife of this business they would do a good job I'm very disappointed very unprofessional I been complaining to Jorge about an issue I have with the driver side door they worked on and he just don't seem to care to help me out it makes me really mad when someone doesn't show no interest to help their costumer I had an issue recently where I had my passenger door hit and I had to look for another shop because I couldn't go back with them they lost a costumer I would never go back there and wouldn't recommend this place at all !!!!!!! It makes me more angry I had this issue since last year

Tony is awesome! Mossy Collision Center took care of fixing my vehicle quickly, professionally and without any negative surprises-- they did an awesome job at a very fair price. Tony at Mossy collision center fixed my suv in three days and finish the job at a price less than they originally quoted me. Tony and Lizbeth are friendly and fantastic. Very satisfied, I highly recommend Mossy Collision Center.

Came here for an estimate. Tony N. Assisted me. Instead of just writing the estimate he actually buffered the damaged area and removed the visible scratches for me at no charge. Very kind and genuine service. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again.

After you take ur car to them as you trust them after another insurance hit you , they will total your car, they told the insurance that the co support was Crack I checked it and the support was not cracked , DON'T trust this place not even if you ARE paying out of ur pocket OR NOT
