“My phone's screen died right on January 1st and this was one of the few places that was open and the only one that had the right parts in stock. The technician (Vince) was very nice and the price was quite reasonable. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the repair (screen replacement) was done. I was very happy.
The story continued, though, since next day I realized that something was not quite right with the camera(s). They would start, but then freeze in a couple of seconds. I called the store and Vince immediately offered his help. I dropped by and 30 minutes later the repair was done free of charge, no questions asked. Vince also explained what happened.
Very, very happy and grateful (especially since I had to leave the city the same day). Highly recommend.

“I dropped a dumbbell on my phone during my workout. I went to Verizon store at approximately 1840 hours. They closed at 1900 hours. He showed me a new Google 10 phone just had to pay 47.00 left on my phone plus taxes on new phone which was about 125.00. Great Deal came at an desperate time. Left the store with my new phone at 1915 hours. Can't beat it!”
