Ladies in there are unprofessional. I went to check their store by going through a opening between two pillars only to yell at us that we are not allowed to slide between the two pillars and how we should come around to enter in the store close to the register. Not to mention there is too many people blocking off the entrance inside the store by the register because people are trying to leave at the same time. Perhaps if they had close off the area completely people wouldn't go through a different opening. They so happen to fix the issue by putting a ladder between the pillars to prevent people from going through but that is very hazardous. Not coming back. Disrespectful and messy place.

Came in to return things but first walked around since they had a bunch of new items. I ended up having a basket full of items, amounting to a little over $100. I get to the register to do the return first, the associate looks at the receipt for the date of purchase. Then looks at their 7 day return policy. She tells me she'll have to ask if it's still returnable since their policy is 7 days. I tell her that it is within 7 days and she says "no, that was on the 27th so you're past, but let me ask" she comes back bc apparently no one is in the back office to ask. The other associate says something to her in another language, takes the receipt from her and then asks me "so what's the problem here?" I told him that she's just trying to figure out the 7 days and he looks at it and I tell him I purchased last Sat, so today would be the 7th day and he straight up says no it isn't. But then says but either way we can't return it bc there's no supervisor here. I asked when there will be one and he just says that's the thing I don't know, she was supposed to be here but she might not come in. Then I tell him well, it's not like I can come in tomorrow if y'all have a supervisor then cuz it'll be past 7 days. And then you're saying I can't even return it in the last day bc there's no supervisor...? He just says yeah. Doesn't do anything else to help. I left my basket full of items with them, customer service is a no go here. Other locations are way better than this. Horrible that you need a supervisor for returns when a supervisor isn't even anywhere to be found. And they don't even have working phone numbers! Will be taking my business to other miniso's even if they're further away.

Customer service here is really terrible at this location. I have no problems at any other Miniso besides this one. To start over half the store is constantly closed off because employees are doing inventory. The last 10 times I've gone over the past year it's been like that every single time. I've worked in stores similar and confused why they're constantly doing inventory during peak hours in the middle of the day, especially on weekends?? Wouldn't that be something done before the store is open or after closing. Last time I asked when they're opening up the other side of store since I'd like to purchase a few plushies the employees rudely shrugged and didn't even answer. Other than that the employees are nowhere to be found!! Huge lines form and there's not a single employee around for 15-20 sometimes 30 minutes. The shopping experience here just sucks compared to other locations. It seems like they have no manager or anyone higher up actually running the store, it's messy & unorganized as well.

This store is awesome! I'm definitely coming back here for birthdays and gifts for my nieces, friend's daughters, and young girls in my life. Many girls I know love Hello Kitty and even I, myself, am amazed walking around and seeing the items they carry and the reasonable pricing of some of them. Hello Kitty products can be pretty expensive, but you can find cool products at reasonable prices here. Glad I found this place and will be bookmarking it so I can return.

my first time here i was stared at walking from the front all the way to the back looking for a present. ok i guess. come back a week later to finally get something that's clearly says on sale, i get to the register and it comes up as full price, i tell them there's a sign that says it's on sale and they awkwardly say it's not. i know a review wont change anything but that's all pretty annoying

Adriana and maxine refused to allow my disabled son to stay in his stroller while shopping. We were told to either get him out or to leave the store. They blatantly refused to follow ADA laws

Rude personnel and management. No clear and visible return policy posted for customers. Pricing and signage for product is inaccurate. They're good at taking your money though.

Absolutely love this store!! The employees are super friendly and the managers have always been respectful. I adore the merchandise and the company. I have been going for years now and I’ll always continue shopping here. Super cute!!!
