For sure, for sure is one of the cheapest Metro stores that I’ve been in since I’ve been with Metro for more than three years nowI truly believe this is the honest, honest store since they do not bundle up prices with the cases and screen protectors and the phone they go off and let you knowwhat you’re getting definitely coming back. Six months later for my next upgrade 100% recommend.

It wasn't as bad as Verizon and Cricket, but I did get pressured to use a "coupon only good for today" to upgrade to unlimited.My receipt did not include itemized line items as well. It just showed the total.The folks over at corporate customer support were able to help me with setting up my dad will the Heritage Plans.However, the store was very clean and organized.

These people treated me like I was beneath them.. for reals!If you got 2+ hours to waste and are Asian or white with lots of money for added charges go here. All these stores are not the same.For anybody else I do not recommend this store!And they will not hook u up even if u are spending a lot of money.

I have disappointed service at this location. The woman behind the counter wasn't very helpful. The stores are independent from the customer service you get over the phone. MetroPCS does very little regulations on promotions offered by the different stores.The customer service over the phone is much better than in some of the store fronts and the main reason why I've been a long time customer with MetroPCS is because of the great service you receive when you dial 611 for help with your wireless service.
