Manager Steve is one of those guys who makes you feel good as soon as you walk into His shop! Today, I frantically breezed into his shop after spending hours trying to understand whatever dialect Page Plus tech support speaks. Within mere minutes, he managed to resurrect my ailing phone and refused any compensation for his magical skillset! Seriously, I would rather run blindfolded across I-5 in rush hour than go into a high pressure corporate phone store! This was not that experience, we need guys like Steve all over this city! Do yourself a favor and talk to him, he's a great guy!

So very disappointed with this sprint in particular. Been in there for an hour and not once were we acknowledged. Workers just standing around laughing and talking. We even tried getting an attention from one of the workers and he completely ignored us and walked right pass. So we finally left. 0 stars would be more appropriate for this sprint store.

Not very helpful. Don't bother going to this Sprint store. The associates seemed unhappy with their jobs & you can tell by the way they treat customers. Retraining or more training needed! Maybe new careers flipping burgers.
