I would not buy gas or make any purchases here. They robbed me and over drafted my account. I was on pump 4 and purchased $105 in gas and they charged my account $300. They over drafted me and put me in a huge financial hardship. I went in and talked to them and spoke to a man in a black hat, black shirt who said his name Roger who was combative about the situation. He had no care in the world that they overcharged me and kept saying "I dont know what you want me to do" and "you'll get it back." I asked him to please credit my account I have no money, I'm over drafted with two kids and on medical leave waiting for my disability funds. He was unkind and uncaring. I will have to escalate and purse my grievance to heircy since he was unwilling to fix the discrepancy. This incident is a murchant violation to thier consumer.

I was really and truly loving this convenience store they give you free beverages with purchase of gas they have a great variety of all kinds of stuff but.... Last night I had a very uncomfortable awful experience with the female cashier I don't believe she's the owner maybe she's related for no reason at all she treated me horribly she was so rude she made me feel so uncomfortable I'm a very bubbly outgoing person the customer before me she was laughing and joking with him then when she saw me with my items her whole demeanor changed for the worse!!! I've never seen her in the store before and there was no reason for her to treat me that way I will continue to go to the store because I do like it I would just like to find out when she isn't working because I don't ever want to experience that awkward feeling she made me feel when I had done nothing at all other than that the store is great!

Friendly staff BUT this is no longer Sinclair. Cheaper than other locations in the area, the down fall is it is super busy. They have 3 stations on one strip which makes it nice to have more cars filling up at once. This location has been 76, Sinclair and now Stars & Stripes. Have yet to try any food inside but this place is located right off the highway near the military base. Not as convenient to get to from all locations.

Stars & stripes is great the new owners are doing a great job they are bringing all new craft beers supporting local San Diego breweries great job guys love the change and new beers thank you

This has a been a gas station since as long as I've been born so that's a while and each and every time it's always bad service today 9:40 pm I decided to head down to get some coffee. which they usually don't have but I gave that gas station a chance I walked to the door and saw a sign saying "in lunch break be back in 30 mins" so I waited and waited now 10:45 I go be an just to see the same sign there with no one to be seen.This I'd not the first time this has happed it is currently 11:03 and they still have the same sign up.Will not be going here again. Not to mention that the costumer service is terrible!! And they never have gas like ever. So if I could give 0 stars I would but that not possible so I give you a 1 out of 5.

This place is now called Kangaroo Express and is newly bought by 76. With those name changes, this is still a crappy gas station! I stopped to get some coffee this morning at 8am...the doors were locked and the guy standing behind the counter gave me the NO signal! WHAT? Why would a gas station with a store inside not let customers inside?

I didn't even realize Sinclair still existed! It brought back childhood memories of the Dinosaur we used to always look for on car trips! Their gas prices at this location were less than other stations in the area. Good to see you Sinclair!

Pull up to the pump and tried to pay outside with my debit card. Card was declined so then I went inside to pay and was charged .50 cents to pump gas. Let it be known that it's more convenient to pay at the pump avoid going inside but they still have the nerve to charge a fee. Smh I don't mind paying the fee but to be honest I didn't want to put my mask on wait in line to pay for gas. Why offer payment outside when it doesn't work. Next time I'll go to Shell right across the street.

I usually go to this gas station but as of today, no more. Horrible customer service, pulled up this morning to put gas and the clerk refused to get up and ask if I needed help. The doors were closed which is reasonable since it was around 6:10 am. So I walked up to the window to pay for gas and the guy refused to get off his phone and his chair to attend the window. He looked at me when I got there and continued messing with his phone, I got tired of waiting and decided to leave. As I'm getting back in my car he finally decided to get up. I ended up just leaving without fueling my car, if this guy doesn't want to work he should just quit. Most likely will not return to this gas station, maybe just to report the employee. I never do reviews but this situation made me feel like doing so, not good when you are deliberately wasting customers time to play with your phone.

This gas station ripped me off i was charged $9.00 for something that should of been 3.00 because the clerk said it was a $3.00 off which it was not. It clearly said get one for $3.00. When i called the lady hung up on me. And when i went back her attitude clearly changed and she apologized and had my coupon my receipt and a note to the manager explaining how she misread the coupon and to call in the morning the manager would refund the difference. I called the in the morning some guy said the manager was not in yet and he might not be in today. I told him i would call later. When i called later the same guy answered and told me the manager had came and left. I asked him if the manager saw the note the clerk left from last night. He said no he didnt and i told the clerk what my issue was. He told me that i got the product and they dont take coupons and im not getting my money back i told him that the lady accepted my coupon therefore they do accept it and its not my fat they dont know how to train there employees. Thats when he said that im not getting my money back and thats it. They ripped me off cause i could of went somewhere else and paid $3
