I love Joann's but this location is not it. I was given a fake 10 dollar bill. Don't they check the bills they're given? It also seems like there's hardly people who work there and messy.

Deeply disappointed by the poor advise from the younger staff about coming back to refund a purchase so I can a coupon when it's within the valid dates. 1 you cannot so I paid full price when I had a 20% off coupon, 2 because it was already scanned it was now being flagged as used when I tried to use it again. If you're there only work with Irene she's got it together and was surprised to learn she wasn't the manager and really needs to be.

My experience was great! I had a lady named Mary cut my fabrics and even though there was a long line in front of me she was extremely helpful and patient, just very good people skills. And of course I'll be back soon.

Nice clean store. The craft assortment far outnumbers the fabric. Lots of license, fleece and quilting fabric. Nice Halloween fabric assortment.

great stock of yarn! I recently began crocheting and have made multiple trips here since. there are always coupons available on their website and app, so you don’t have to pay full price every time on *most* items.

I heard great things about this store by word of mouth. Decided to visit for my business, and was looking for something specific. I didn't find it, but I found something similar. Didn't get acknowledged until the third staff member I encountered, which was the cashier. Previous staff member was rude. I had to ask questions about the product and process rather than them explain. I've never treated any of my associates and customers this way. Associates continue to work hard, and customers return due to the quality of management/service provided. I'm definitely not returning, especially since I went out of my way.

Very confusing discount advertising, and it was a little bit difficult to have the managers assistance. At the end they did honor the displayed discounts.The young woman in charge of the fabric section was very nice and attentive.

Manager Allison manicalsco is a racist sorry a** excuse for a manager. Very rude to Asian and Latino customers, pathetic excuse of a woman. I wouldn't be surprised if this place shuts down. Maria racial profiles when she hires. I've consulted with HR before I just said I didn't want to be in this store ever again.

This one sucks. Atleast compared to the others. I got a clearance fabric and it was the last of the bolt. No end of bolt discount given. They also have a bunch of bolts of fleece fabric advertised with a sticker on the individual bolt for a cheaper price than the regular price. They will not honor that cheaper sticker price that it's labeled. They won't even rectify the situation. Ridiculous.

It was my first time coming in & I was looking for crochet stuff. I think Joann’s had just had a sale so it was pretty empty but I was able to find some things at a really good price. Irene was so helpful & made me feel very welcomed. She had 10/10 customer service & even though it was pretty late she still had a cheery attitude! :)
