If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I needed a rebuild on my engine. It is a 2000 Ford Expedition that was ticking very loud. I was recommended.to J. P. Trans Pro by a friend. The owner Jose took my SUV for a ride he agreed it needed a rebuild. I had others look at the car they agreed it needed an engine. I took it back to JP Trans Pro worst mistake to make. I got the car back it was still ticking just not as loud. I asked why it was ticking I was told everything has to settle it is all new parts. I get the car home park it for the evening. I go out the next morning it will not start. It was the battery went and bought a new one. Took the car on the freeway for about 20 miles at 60 miles an hour, the car began ticking extremely loud again. This was Saturday November11,2023. I brought the car home and parked it in front of my house until Monday morning November 17th. I took the car back to Jose on Monday, November 17. He told me he would begin working right away. I drove over there the next day. My car was still parked in the same spot that I left it. The excuse was he had to order parts? I went each day to check on my car and each day it was parked in the street today is November 20 and I still do not have my car the owner. Jose does not communicate and his exact words to me where this is a warranty job we're not getting paid for all of this, I only had my car for four days and it never ran right from the day that I got it. I would be very careful going here. The owner is dishonest he gave me receipts from Cimmaron Engine Components it is fake. I spoke with Cimmaron they said he called for a quote but never bought the parts. He also gave a receipt from motor machine and supply. I spoke with them as well they never did business with Trans Pro for my truck. I have filed a bureau of automotive repairs complaint. I have also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and I've consulted with attorneys. I would stay as far away from this shop as possible. The owner Jose Firman is as dishonest as they come.

I went to Trans Pro when my cars transmission was acting up. The professionalism and politeness of the owner Jose was second to none. Jose was very considerate of my time. I dropped my car during my lunch break and got me in and out. My car was ready during reasonable time. He was punctual and respectful. Pricing was very good.

I do not recommend I took for a transmission job had to take it back wasn't shifting properly got it back and was the same took it back a third time he said everything was fine and it really wasn't didn't bother and just took back car. guys not a man of his word

Takes forever just to get a diagnosis. My cars been in the shop a total of 2 months and the problem still hasn't been fixed. I've had to take the car back 3 times for an issue that has never been properly fixed

Do not bring your car here. There is no end to the rip off, they (Jose) ask for money upfront, take your car apart, put on the street without a transmission, tell you it's going to be ready in a week, the cops ticket your car, it's not ready and 6 weeks later you get your car back and it's still not fixed. Maybe these guys have a drinking and/or gambling problem, car repair should be a strait forward business.

The worst place to get a new transmission put in they do the job fast but terrible my car was leaking transmission fluid and he tried to tell me it was something to do with the engine and did want to fix the leak that they caused my car wasn't leaking when I gave it to them so Jose came up with some lame excuse and lied about it being an engine problem don't recommend this place at all.

Trans Pros was recommended to me by my uncle who had gone a few years ago to this shop, He spoke really highly about them, said that their prices were excellent and they were honest, and did good work. So I ended up getting my transmission done by them, everything was just like my uncle had told me at first... Super friendly answered all my questions, and made me feel like I was getting my transmission done by Pro's..... After telling me that my transmission would be done, and be ready in a week... They asked me to pay half of the money, since they needed the money to buy parts for my repairs... After a week, that's when the nightmare started... I called the shop to pick up my car, and Jose said that no work had been done, because the parts he ordered had not arrived, I told him I understand things happen, and then asked him what would be the worst case scenario... He said I will have it ready by the end of next week.... Two months later, he finally got it done, he tried to blame it on the pandemic, saying that was the cause of the the delays.... Honestly I don't believe anything that comes out of Jose's mouth, as they gave me the run around for weeks, telling me Jose wasn't there but I would show up unexpected and would find him at the shop... I would also drive by the shop, and would find my car parked on the street, after they had just told me over the phone that they were working on it... I haven't had any problems with my transmission yet, and hope I don't... as I hope of not having the same awful experience all over again as I did already trying to get them to check my transmission ... **Customer service** The guy that answers the phone calls to this business has no professionalism towards the job. He makes complete obvious and unnecessary lies, that the guy himself doesn't know how to resolve once I see that he lies. Point blank - Stay away from this place and save yourself a headache! I wish they had a 0 star to rate them 1 is way too much

I had a chance to stop in and search for the right place to get my car fixed. So I took a chance and went with Trans Pro's. Sometimes we could find it hard to find the right place to get our car fixed. But tk make a long story short Jose and the crew went above and beyond to get my car done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the way they treated me and the way they hustled tk get my car done. So thank you Trans Bro's

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Customer service is horrible, unprofessional and the work itself is mediocre at best. If you want your car worked on by SLOW, INCOMPETENT and DISHONEST people then take it here! They will charge you even if they don't fix the problem. Absolutely reprehensible owner, Jóse is not helpful either. Save your time, money and a headache, take your car elsewhere!
