1. Since Covid the selection of classes is very poor, and classes are always full2. Classes that were not used don't roll over to the next month, as it used to be. Even thought there were not enough classes for my son to attend.3. Renewed membership without any notification to you, so if you are a busy parent like myself you might not know that you're being charged. For example i payed for 3 month before i realized that we were charged. Typical large corporation policy where none cares about you as a member/payer, and it is not a red flag to anyone that your child did not attend a single class but meanwhile you kept paying. Exactly not a company i would want to give my business to.
