"Violators will be prosecuted" if you attempt to drop off donations past 4:30 pm... Smart.

Terrible customer service; instead to come to help you right away to get your donations, they give you attitude so you put your items in the bins the right way, oh and your car cant be too close to the bins eighter...very dummies

I get most of my clothes there. And all my shoes. I wear a size 10 and I always find something cute. The clothes are clean, organized by size and color. And there are always accessories to go with. I love shopping here. The prices are reasonable, and they give a Senior discount.

Very uncomfortable experience. I stopped by around 4pm and asked one of the two male workers if they were still taking donations and he proceeded to say yes but only because you are hot, he said this while his co worker laughed. this guys eyes were blood shot red as if he was somewhat intoxicated or high. I felt very uncomfortable that i decided to just drive away. I Will not be coming back here again.

This place is great. I always have an easy drop off and no problem with getting a receipt. This places makes it so easy for me to just drop off my donations and be gone.

Today was the third time I went to drop a donation. Third time that the sign at the donation place states “open” and two employees are there, sitting, doing nothing but watching their phones. When I get the stuff out of the trunk of the car, one if them states “we are closed”.The question is: why don’t they put a sign stating they are closed vs keeping a sign that states they are open? There is no customer service nor courtesy to people making special trips to donate.I will definitely look for another donation avenue, never again Goodwill.
