I got in a little fender bender where my front bumper had popped off on the drivers side. I called the Subaru Dealership and they referred me to Glenn's. I called and he told me to stop by that day after work. I arrived there and he popped the front bumper back in for me in two minutes. What a nice guy. I will be referring others here if they need body work done. Thank you for the great customer service!

After an AWFUL experience at Service King right down the street from Glenn's, we turned to the Hyundai dealership for guidance on where to take our car for body damage, caused by a Not-at-fault collision. The dealership recommended Glenn's, as this is where they take their vehicles for body damage. We took our car out of service king and drove right down the street to Glenn's! Thank goodness we did. Glenn's has been phenomenal, the guys here are all so awesome and they know EXACTLY what they are doing! My family and I HIGHLY recommend Glenn's for your Auto Body needs. Great job guys, keep up the great work...you have lifetime customers!

Excellent customer service at this car body shop and you are treated like family. If you are looking for a car body shop please try Glenn's Body Shop. If they gave 6 stars then I would hand an extra star. The body shop owner Glenn is a really nice guy and yes his employee Paul is tops in dealing with customers giving them their best customer service you could wish for.......thanks Glenn and Paul for fixing my front fender on my 2018 Subaru Outback😊ðŸ‘👌

Great customer experience from top to bottom. Our Explorer had a few bumps and scrapes and Glenn's team took great care of it and made it look and work like new! Very fair pricing and more importantly a car restored to brand new-like body! I hope I attached the pictures properly - rear passenger side bumper bumps and tailgate smashed in. The after pictures don't do it justice. We are very happy with the body work, how it was finished and how it looks now! And as mentioned, very reasonable rates. Highly recommend Glenn, Paul and their team!

I came to Glenn's Auto Body after I was rear-ended coming off the freeway not long ago. My car had noticeable damage to the rear end bumper as well as the front end because my car was pushed into another during the accident. Glenn, Paul, and the rest of his team did a great job and just like with my previous experience with them, they did a beautiful job. Glenn even went the extra mile to call the insurance company that was covering my damages to clarify possible issues he found on my claim. In the end he made my life easy by delivering on everything he promised. Glenn's Auto body not only gets the job done, they treat you professionally and fair and they go the extra mile to make sure YOU are always the main focus of their work. Came to this shop because they said they specialize in Subaru's, told me turn around for the damages on my car would be two weeks. Pulling dents from the rocker panel and driver side door, two weeks go by and I give them a call to find out they had only just started working on the car. Which wasn't a big deal, but then another week goes by. Still no update or notice of how much longer it'll be, give them a call again a week later. And still not ready yet, so nearly a month and my car still isn't done, finally get told I can pick it up Friday. Awesome, finally get my car back. Show up to get the car, and notice that the door is fixed and the side skirt is paint. But it's painted the wrong color and I bring it up and he dodges the question by saying black is better on the car and it was miscommunication. Not a big deal, then I notice the bottom of the door is rough from not being sanded down at all. They simply sprayed over existing paint and clear coated over it, leaving it rough at the bottom and a noticeable chip on the door near the handle. And then when I get home to check the rocker panel since I forgot I pull it off to find no damage was repaired on it, simply covered by the side skirt. Call the shop and he said it wasn't in the claim to be fixed, but I spoke with my insurance immediately after and they approved any damage on the left side of the car to be fixed. So after a month of holding my car they managed to spray over the door and avoid fixing the other parts of the car. And they even put a screw in the positive terminal of my battery in what looks like their attempt to make sure it had good contact. Rather then just tightening down the terminal. Lesson learned from the experience, don't go to this shop for any repairs in my opinion. It all seemed off after the first two weeks, and the results show in their work. Really disappointed in the work and now I have to take it to another shop to get the damages that should have been fixed the first time. Leaving me without my car a second time. Maybe it was a bad month for them, but the results are anything less then professional.

They did an okay job with the body but they messed up my intake and never put my hood stand back in. They were also very incorrect with the time frame they gave me, and my car runs worse than it ever has since I've gotten it back. I wouldn't trust anything other than body work from them and even that's sketchy. So after this review has been up for a while they're now treating me if I dont take it down. I thought they were nice people but not so much. I would take my car back there I'f someone paid me to

Great service and an amazing job! Very kind people as well. My new Outback was baldy smashed in a hit and run. This body shop used all Subaru parts and worked closely with the dealership. They are trustworthy and know their stuff!

My car was in an accident and I heard about Glenn's great reputation so decided to take it there and I am so glad I did. They found things the insurance inspection missed, they make sure to go through the dealership for all the parts since they are right there at the mile of cars. Paul, who I spoke to during the process, updated me on the progress with the car and the insurance and explained everything thoroughly. I high recommend them to anyone he needs body work done on their car.

I went here on a recommendation from my Subaru dealership after my Crosstrek was rear-ended. Glenn's did a fantastic job! They replaced the whole rear bumper and also got a dent out of a front fender and it seriously looks brand new. My car looks great, the paint matches perfectly, the prices were fair, and Paul was super friendly and easy to work with. I'd definitely go back here again!
