This place has been dependable at repairing and giving me estimates on two appliance in the past few months. They have fixed my washer and most recently my refrigerator which was giving us all a hard time on getting to the root of the issue yet it was finally resolved. G&G applicants are economical at a time when situations are hard and getting new applicance is just not in the cards. They give courteous customer service and try to help you out in a pinch when time is of the essence. The tech that came was knowledgeable, and respectful. I have used their services twice and they are all about servicing the customer and getting it right. Gibran is great at scheduling and helping you feel assured that the job will get done.

I came to browse for a washer machine. The gentleman who greeted me was very kind and knowledgeable and even gave me things to think about and consider. After making my purchase he continued to give me some tips about the washer machine I had purchased. I was very pleased and satisfied with there customer service. Highly recommend.

From the moment I called G&G Appliances, I knew I was in good hands. I’ve passed by their shop on 11 Highland Ave. in National City countless times, and when our washer began to falter, leaving clothes drenched and straining our dryer, I didn’t hesitate to reach out.
The response was immediate and professional. They scheduled a next-day appointment, which was a relief given the urgency of our situation. True to their word, they arrived promptly, ready to tackle the problem.
What impressed me most was not just the speed of the service, but also the quality. They had the exact Kenmore part needed for the repair, no cheap imitations here. The technician was skilled and efficient, completing the repair in less than 20 minutes. But their thoroughness didn’t stop there. They noticed our agitator-bearing dogs were worn to powder – a detail I would have missed. Fortunately, they had the replacement part on hand and quickly addressed that issue too.
Thanks to G&G Appliances, our washer runs like new, and the quick, comprehensive service has saved us time and stress. I can’t recommend them enough. If you need of appliance repairs, look no further – G&G is the gold standard!

This place is the best!!!..I did tons of shopping around for a washer and dryer. Both Abel and Ismael worked with me and my budget. I love the fact the washer and dryer came with a warranty through G&G appliances. Extremely professional and friendly. Its amazing that the delivery and hook up was includedin the cost, no hidden fees. I Will go back if I need any other appliances.

Gibran was absolutely amazing. Called to repair an old clothes dryer and Gibran went above and beyond to help us. Willing to work with us regarding repair time and ended up being cheaper than we thought! We really appreciated his time and patience. Will definitely return here.

I got a recommendation from my neighbor about this guy. I gave him my number and texted what I needed. I tried setting up appointments with him multiple times but never responded with a set day but just once with a random time while I was at work. I texted him later but never responded or returned a message. His quality of service is as poor as his communication.
